Initially we had asked her for help one day, but thankfully she was willing and able to be flexible, as we ended up needing to ask her to cover more time, when other arrangements we had fell through and then also when our return was delayed. She communicated well, was flexible (which we greatly appreciated), and our dogs seemed happy and in good shape when we did return.”
