Growing up, I had both a dog and cats that I helped take care of. I was involved in feeding them, bathing them, and making sure they felt loved and cared for. I am a teacher, so during the school year I am gone during the day. In the summer or on weekends I am very flexible! I am willing to stay at your place with your dog(s). About: I’ve grown up around dogs of all sizes and currently have a Bernese mountain dog. I am very patient when it comes to animals and have helped train puppies. I am very flexible and willing to work with the owners to best help with they’re schedule and the pets schedule. I am currently a part time seasonal employee so my schedule is very flexible and open to accommodate any needs or concerns that one may have. I treat my dog with love and affection and will treat yours the same. I am able to play with your dogs to exhaust or entertain them. I am willing to follow any special maintenance requests to accommodate any needs that your pet may need.

About: As a former Kennel Supervisor, Kennel Attendant and Certified Pet Care Professional, I've got years of experience working with pets both in private homes as well as boarding/daycare facilities. I'm super familiar with dogs, but have also cared for more cats than I can remember- and even some rats! I was previously certified in Animal (canine and feline) CPR through the Red Cross as well as trained in basic diagnostics for medical emergencies. I'm comfortable administering various medications to both cats and dogs, including oral, topical, and intravenous medicine. I've cared for kittens, puppies, dogs of every size, temperamental animals, and quite a few senior dogs and cats. Special diets and or feeding rituals are just fine with me, every animal is different. I'll be the first to let you know if I don't think I'm the right fit for your pet, but I'm always willing to do a meet and greet with a client. Other than drop-ins to feed, water, change litter boxes and play for awhile, I walk dogs (weather permitting) and can potentially board canines in my home if they get along with my own pups. *I can pass a background check and provide references upon request* Most weekdays I'm available to drop in to homes prior to 2pm, but this can change due to the needs of in home daycare or dogs I'm boarding. Feel free to inquire about whatever services you need, I'll do my best to work with you! If you board with me the routine for my dogs is always the same- they get fed right around 6am and 6pm, with bathroom breaks immediately after, and then as needed throughout the day. Walks (if requested) usually occur around midday, with occasional trips down to the River Valley (a mile from my house) if the weather is nice enough to explore the nature preserve. After dinner I try to make sure everyone is comfortable enough to wind down for the evening, but we can still play indoors if we need to. Dogs are welcome to sleep in crates or in our own bed, as long as there's room! For drop-ins or dog walking services, I'll always bring my own first aid supplies (styptic powder, liquid bandage, tick removers, hydrocortisone spray, gauze etc.) and if none are provided, I have cleaning supplies for accidents as well. If your pet is allergic to any cleaners or first aid products please let me know. I'm always respectful of clients homes and privacy, and am happy to send you a picture of your pet during an appointment for full transparency, whether I'm walking your dog or babysitting them! I also totally understand if you have cameras in your home, I do as well. If you board or book a daycare service in my home, please know I have 2 "medium" "pittie" mixes- (they're just mutts with less hair) Panda is 5 and a beagle mix (50lbs F/S), and Peanut (60lbs M/N) is about 15 and a boxer mix. Panda is incredibly well socialized and LOVES fetch. Peanut is socialized but is very much an old man who prefers to sleep on the couch... like all the time. They've each had numerous foster brothers and sisters of all sizes, and are e-collar trained, so behavior on their end should never be an issue for your dog. I have a split level home that can securely board multiple dogs, and house them depending on their needs. I also have a fenced in deck, but not yard, though we have about a 1/4 acre lot in a quiet residential area and are working on making a dog run! Any boarding dog would be taken out to potty on a leash, preferably with a harness provided by the owner. I have a crate large enough for most (80lbs~) big dogs, but I'd still recommend bringing your own if possible. The only other person present in my home would be my husband, who possibly loves dogs even more than me(?) and is always happy to play with them! I'll never have strangers or children present in our home while your pet is staying with us.

About: I've taken care of dogs from a very young age. I enjoy walking, playing, and loving on all animals. We live on a 5 acre home that would allow for plenty of play space. We have two pup loving kiddos in our home that would jump at the opportunity to play with them. Happy to accommodate whatever lifestyle your pup is used to. We currently do not have any pets in our home - so your dog would be treated as royalty here. I have watched all different sized dogs from a yorkie to golden retrievers. Happy to send picture and videos when requested and looking forward to spoiling your doggo! I work from home so I would be able to care for animals around the clock. I usually am up early for a walk outside, and enjoy a daily routine (i.e. feedings, exercise or training etc.) In the evening we try to spend as much time outside as we can in our big yard. We live on a 5 acre lot with a lot of space to play. We currently do not have any pets, so we would treat your pet like our own. I do have two loving children that are animal obsessed, so more than likely your pet would be treated like a king or queen that they are.

About: I have about 20 years of pet care experience with dogs, cats, and even horses. I grew up with a variety of different breeds of dogs and also have cared for dogs and cats for family and friends over the years. I currently have a wonderful ivory labrador retriever named Winnie who is 4 years old! Overall, I am familiar with all ages, many different breeds, and all behavior types. I always treat all pets like they are my own! I’m currently working full time in downtown Minneapolis from 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. I leave the house around 6:15am and someone is back in the home around 4pm. I have a fenced in backyard as well as my very friendly 4 year old lab to keep your furbaby company! I also am able to crate your pet if needed or allow them to be on all furniture. My home is their home!
