“Camille is amazing! She cared for our French Bulldog Stewy for 6 days. She came for a meet and greet a week before our trip and it really made us feel comfortable as first time Rover users. Camille is kind and patient. She heard all of needs for Stewy and her communication before and during her stay was exceptional. She sent us daily updates with photos which we absolutely loved! Stewy is quirky and doesn’t like to eat when we are away but he ate for Camille! He was so comfortable with her. Our home and dog were so well cared for. I really can’t say enough about the peace of mind she provided for us on this trip. Thank you, Camille!”

About: I’ve had and loved animals my entire life. As an adult I’ve had 2 German shepherd’s and have done positive reinforcement training with both of them. My daughter also had a rescue dog that was very special to our family. Currently I have 3!! dogs and a cat. I love all furry friends! My availability to provide pet care varies. I’m currently working full time as a nurse/clinic leader but I have the flexibility to work from home on occasion. I’ll do my best to accommodate needs. I can provide and respect any safety recommendations as requested. I want you and your pet to feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away.
“Ava did a great job taking care of my 11.5 year old dog. He was well cared for and showed no signs of distress even though he has in the past sulked and lost weight if I leave him. Highly recommend her and will use her again!!”
“Madelaine was a total savior! We needed last minute care for our sweet Great Dane, Phoebe. Madelaine was responsive and super flexible with Phoebe's schedule. Highly recommend!”

“Very caring cat sitter. My cat, Vagner had progressive kidney disease for sometime. It got much worse when I was out of the country. He was walking and fell over in Perry’s presence. He took him to the vet right away. Vagner had lost 5 pounds in 4 days! Perry messaged me that the vet wanted to talk to me. Unfortunately I had to give permission to have him put down before I got back as I didn’t want him to suffer. Perry did all the right things and appreciate him very much. When he dropped of my house key he brought me a Pet Sympathy Card. I would highly recommend him.”
About: I have cared for animals all my life! Cats and dogs have a special place in my heart and I am patient and gentle. I have cared for kittens and senior cats as well as a dog with a traumatic upbringing. I work full time and am able to care for your pet family after 5 pm on weekdays or anytime on weekends. I am a natural early riser and am comfortable taking early morning walks. Weekends are open for overnight or frequent visits. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I am comfortable safely harnessing and waking dogs. I am mindful of dog etiquette while walking and encountering other dogs.
About: My family has had dogs since I was born. While we mostly had 50-60lb labs as our furry family member, friends and extended family have given me exposure to dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and training! Walking, brushing, playing, petting, and feeding were everyday occurrences my whole life. And while I don’t train dogs, I can reinforce any training they already have, so your canine companion won’t lose their touch while you’re away! I can also administer topical and oral medications, be they routine preventative care, antibiotics, or long-term prescriptions. So if your loved one is on a health regimen, rest assured that they will be well cared for. In addition to that, I have a good repertoire with Banfield Pet Hospital and their 24/7 live chat service, so if anything comes up, veterinary advice can be sought at any time! In addition to dogs, I also have some experience caring for small animals. Fish, birds, bugs and small mammals are all in my wheelhouse! I know that just because your loved one lives in an enclosure, doesn’t mean they don’t need just as much care as our free-roaming friends. Feeding time, enclosure cleaning, temperature and humidity adjustments, and enrichment are all activities I can perform, as long as instructions for your specific pet are included. I work part-time in food service 3-4 days a week. Shifts can be anywhere from 4-7 hours. If you need a long-term sitter, I can care for most animals during these days. However, my shifts may be a bit too long for a dog to go without a walk. If care is scheduled far enough ahead of time, I can make sure to clear my calendar so your pup doesn’t go unattended for those kinds of hours. I will care for your pet in your home so they are in a familiar environment and won’t upset the cats I have at my apartment. I will walk dogs around your neighborhood—and if they’re comfortable with car rides and good with other dogs, we can even go to a dog park! Feeding time and house rules will be enforced as they are laid out for me, and I can stay overnight if you don’t want your doggo to be alone (I will commute between your place and mine in the morning and evenings to feed my cats and get some play time in with them. Depending on the mileage, I may ask for compensation for gas). I largely believe in pet-led interaction and enrichment. Animals have boundaries like us, and respecting those boundaries is the best way to earn their trust. I don’t cajole pets into playtime or pet them when they’re clearly enjoying their alone time. But if they invite me to play with them or cuddle, I happily oblige! It’s somewhat of an honor to have a pet actively want to engage, and I take on the opportunity gratefully.
“Gabby watched Winston (in-house) while my family was away for spring break. Winston is a high drive vizsla and can be quite a shock to people that aren't use to their relentlessness and lack of recognition of personal space. After meeting Gabby we knew Winston would be in good hands though. Gabby sent us updates (including pictures) and was quick to respond when we check-in. If you need someone to watch your pup, we definitely recommend Gabby!”

“We couldn't have asked for a more loving, responsible individual for Opie. Emma provided overnight house sitting and care for our boy and our home. We were incredibly grateful to have found her and will definitely ask her again when we need a companion and sitter.”

About: I spent much of my childhood on acreages in rural Iowa. I have also pet sat for friends since college and had pets of my own in adulthood. Over the years, I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, turtles, chickens, sheep, horses, cattle and even the random turkey and peacock. I have experience caring for cats with feline leukemia and trauma, giving pills to pets and changing dressings after surgical procedures. I know that your pets are like family to you and I will make sure that they are cared for just like they would be if you were home with them. My full-time employer is fairly flexible with my hours, so if I know I will be pet sitting over a weekend, I can work extra hours Monday-Thursday, to make sure I can get to your home a bit earlier on Friday evening. I do need to bring my animal-loving teenager with me for overnight stays, but they will not be left with your pet unsupervised. We have been told that our cat is spoiled rotten, but as a pet owner, you know that your fur baby deserves all of the love and attention you can give to them. I will do everything possible to make sure that your pet gets the same level of care that they would have if you were home with them.
“Trevor was great! Did a quick meet and great with our dogs and they took to him really well. He did a overnight stay for us and was able to stay a little later in the day for us to not have to stress getting home right away.”

“We found Jean by searching for providers that do in-home care for dogs. I expected a tough road to find somebody who would care for five dogs over a long weekend. We are very happy to report that Jean is 100% as great as her prior reviews indicate! The woman is a rockstar with dogs! She’s even more of a rockstar at making us human owners comfortable that both our home and dogs are safe. If you love your pets and you love your house, Jean is the one to hire! (ᵔᴥᵔ)”
“Adryona is great with communication, makes sure quality time is spent with your pooch and keeps you updated on anything you need. Our dog was happy, healthy and house was in good shape! Would definitely recommend and use Adryona again.”

About: I have taken care of dogs and horses and absolutely enjoy making sure they feel safe and loved. Pets bring so much joy and comfort. I hope to do the same for the pets I am watching. I'm currently working part-time, so I am available for more time. My son is off to the Marines, so I can stay at the client's house. This love for pet sitting began when my friends asked me to take care of their animals while they were on. vacation I prefer the pets at the client's house, where they feel more comfortable. Building trust with pets is key; they feel safe and secure while parents are gone. I will communicate with you as well as you see fit when you are gone to ensure you are happy and safe.
About: I have sat dogs my whole life. Have also worked at boarding for dogs and cats. That has given me experience with puppies and senior dogs. I’m currently working part time. So I would love to pick this up as another side gig! I’m pretty flexible schedule wise to pick up as much as needed in my free time. I provide them with lots of attention. I Make sure to let them out as needed and give them food and water as wanted, needed.
