About: There’s something about a dog’s loyalty, personality, and the way they become such an important part of our lives that I’ve always cherished. My love for dogs began at a very young age; at just six years old, I had a Poodle of my own and was already learning the responsibility and joy of caring for a dog. Throughout my life, I’ve proudly had dogs of my own and cared for friends’ and family members’ dogs while they were away. We recently lost our beloved German Shepherd/Husky to old age, and although his loss was difficult, it reminded me how much joy dogs bring into our lives. I would love the opportunity to share that extra love and attention with another amazing dog while their family is away. I’m a lifelong dog lover with more than two decades of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments, ranging from 2 to 165 pounds. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality, quirks, routines, and preferences and tailoring my care to help them feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I care for every dog as if they were my own, providing plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, affection, and walks when weather permits and with the owner’s approval. My 60-by-55-foot fully fenced yard provides plenty of space to play, explore, and enjoy multiple potty breaks throughout the day. I also work from home with a flexible schedule, allowing me to be present and attentive to my furry guests. Whether your pup loves cuddles or prefers personal space, I’m happy to follow their lead and respect their individual needs. With experience caring for dogs who are anxious, fearful, reactive, or more challenging to handle, I’ve developed strong observational skills and can recognize signs of stress, discomfort, illness, or injury. I’m also comfortable administering medications, following specific care instructions and routines, and providing basic first aid when needed. Most importantly, I love spoiling my furry guests because, in my opinion, they’re on vacation too! 🐾 You’re welcome to bring their regular food, treats, favorite toys, bed, blanket, or other comfort items to help make their stay familiar and special. I’m dependable in all weather conditions and always prioritize the safety, health, and comfort of every guest. If my calendar shows that I’m unavailable, please feel free to reach out anyway. I’m flexible whenever possible and happy to see if we can find a time that works. These experiences have been incredibly rewarding, and I’m grateful to be able to contribute to the care, training, and support of these remarkable dogs as they prepare to change lives. I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to be readily available and provide pets with plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. I also have a fully fenced-in yard, which is ideal for multiple potty breaks, outdoor playtime, and exercise throughout the day. Caring for a pet comes down to consistently meeting their physical, emotional, and health needs. The exact details vary depending on the animal, of course! -I have a 60-by-55-foot fully fenced yard and pet gates in the house (if needed); -I love to go for walks with pets; -I love to cuddle and play with pets if that’s what they are into; -I feed them a balanced diet per owners’ instructions. Fresh water is always available. -I’d love to comb them if tools are provided from owners; -I provide lots of daily update pictures and/or videos; -And would be open to any reasonable requests owners might have.

About: I’ve taken care of my Tibetan Mastiff since before I can remember, and I’m my go-to neighborhood dog walker/caretaker. I love all shapes and sizes of dogs! I’m currently an online student at MNSU, so anytime during the weekday for boarding and walking is entirely open. Weekends work for specific dates and times. I have a reliable mode of transportation and I love taking care of animals. Whether it’s bathing, feeding, walking, or just sitting with a dog, I love to be there. I have grown up with a fear reactive dog, so I have experience with reading dog’s body language and reacting accordingly.

About: My dogs have always been very high needs growing up, so I have a lot of experience working with different diets, medications, and needs. I'm an athlete, so I can take them out for long periods of time to get exercise as needed, which can be really helpful for hyperactive dogs who have to be cooped up during the day. I'm also entirely capable of caring for senior dogs, I can take things at their pace and make sure they're comfortable and happy. I am currently a full time college student, but I have a lot of open time either between classes or after them. I commute to the Twin Cities from the suburbs, so I can easily travel wherever I am needed to be able to check in on or take care of your furry friends. Being in the cities with my own car I can take dogs out for walks around the lakes or down some of the trails nearby so they (and I) can get some proper exercise before my classes. When caring for pets, I always make sure they are getting plenty of time to move around, especially if I'm just dropping in to check on them, but regardless of the need. I like to keep a checklist of what I need to get done, as well as just having a bit of time to play with or pet them. I can take pets out for walks on foot or with my roller skates, which lets me go longer distances with them. I make sure to clean up any messes I might make, putting everything back as I found it and keeping things nice and tidy for when you get home again. I'm confident staying in new places, and can make sure everything stays safe in your home or space during my time there.

About: I grew up with a medium sized dog (Vizsla mix) and have experience dog sitting for friends and family. I'm comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, and making sure dogs feel safe and cared for in their environment. I'm a very responsible, patient, and attentive college student. I completely understand how important it is to follow routines and instructions closely. Through my experience caring for others in my job, I've developed strong communication skills and reliability, which I also bring into pet care. I really enjoy spending time with dogs and will treat your pet as if they are my own, making sure they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I'm also open to send updates and photos to help feel at ease! I currently work part time with a flexible schedule, which allows me to fit pet care into my day. My availability may vary slightly day to day, but I am generally available for walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. Starting mid June, I will be working an internship on weekdays, but will still be available in the evenings and on weekends. I'm happy to work with your schedule and be as flexible as possible! I live in a clean, pet friendly apartment with access to many safe walking paths nearby, which is perfect for regular walks and outdoor time. I always prioritize a dog's safety, comfort, and routine, and I am careful about following instructions provided by the owner. In a client's home, I am respectful of their space and make sure their pet feels comfortable in their familiar environment. I'm attentive, responsible, and will always keep you updated with messages and photos so you feel confident that your pet is in good hands!

About: I have my own German Shepherd I have had since she was 6 months. As well as having been around dogs a good portion of my life, I do my best to be what she needs I work very part-time at a dominoes, usually only 4-8 hours a week, i do have appointments on Tuesdays, lasting only about 2 hours so I am always home and have plenty of time for your beloved doggos I do not have a fenced yard, but I do have a firmly secured tie-out and extra leashes for outside potty breaks and/or walks, as well as a 5 year old German Shepherd (she is spade) Who is very happy and animal friendly

People relied on me to take care of their babies and I did it effectively and with love❤️ I work a full time job but I work 4 days on - 4 days off so I am available during those days off to help! About: I've been taking care of people's cats and dogs alike ever since I was a teenager around the Edina neighborhood. I moved to Woodbury around 2019 where I adopted a cat. I grew up with dogs but I've wanted a cat too so now I'd say I'm proficient with both cats and dogs. I work part-time. I have flexible schedule on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.so I'm pretty much available all day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I'm available to stay overnight if that is a need for the pet. I always make sure to establish trust between myself and the pet and the pet parent. I also understand animals need time to adjust to new people and every animal is different. Some also need more space to adjust and I'm that person that will give the time and space the animal needs.

About: I’ve had animals in my life since I was a baby. I have always enjoyed being around animals and playing with them and building trust with them and being able to cuddle with them on tough days. I have had different types of animals in my life. I have had dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamster, bearded dragon. I currently work part time as a nanny on mondays and Friday and I also currently am trying to create my own business of refurbishing furniture when I have the time. So I am available most days. If yard is fenced I let them run and play and watch them at all times. Otherwise I will put a leash on them so they stay close. I will also pay attention to where they are at all times.
