Pet care is a daily endeavor. My dog and cat are fed and watered twice daily, and my cat's box is cleaned daily. Since my cat is missing her bottom row of teeth, she must have wet food available. My dog receives a bath and they both receive nail trims once a month which I perform myself. My dog prefers to play fetch rather than walk, and my cat enjoys playing with lasers at least once a day. I would set aside time to make sure any client's pet is cared for with the same care as my own babies.

We do not have a fence which leaves me unable to offer in-home care. However, this has allowed me to become skilled with animals that need to be leashed, and am good with following safety protocols and requests. I was raised to leave a place I'm visiting just as clean or cleaner than when I arrived, so I will do my due diligence to make sure any house I visiting is left in good shape!

Each pet is different but Pups will get walks, fetch, brushing, and other fun things dependent on the owner's desires. For kitties, I would bring a laser, or a physical toy if not provided. I can also brush cats and just sit and stare at them while they stare back.

Important Note: I am planning to have surgery May 1st 2026. I will be out of commission from then until the 17th. I apologize for the inconvinience, and If I am able to return early, I will! ❤️ I've cared for animals since I was 5 years old. I've owned 2 indoor cats, 1 barn cat, and two dogs. I also have experience with mice, hamsters, and gerbils. I have experience giving medicine orally and have raised a puppy. I've walked, bathed, brushed, and groomed multiple dog breeds including high-energy dogs of all sizes. I am patient, loving, and will do what is needed to care for anyone's beloved pet.

Amy made me fee so at ease leaving my puppy. She sent lots of pictures and has been very flexible. I’d definitely recommend her and we will continue to use her for all our puppy needs!
