“We were looking for a last-minute dog sitter on a holiday weekend, and Christina responded to us within a minute and moved forward quickly with getting the pups. She sent pictures and kept us updated, would recommend!”

“Natalie is absolutely incredible with my girls! I have one puppy and one senior dog, so they come with a lot of quirks! She is quick to respond and connects with me about any questions or concerns. I cannot recommended her enough! We are so lucky to have found you 💕”

“Paige is incredible! She took such good care of my kitties and I had zero concerns being away from them. She was great with bringing in packages so they would not sit out all week. She played with the kitties, gave them lots of attention, and kept me updated every step of the way! I will for sure use Paige again to watch my kitties and highly recommend her for anyone else looking for a kind, caring, communicative, and all around amazing kitty sitter!”

About: My family adopted a dog five years ago. A couple years later when I turned 18 I got a dog of my own. I Have had her for 3 years now. I’ve always had a passion for animals and even have a non profit rescue with my friend. I work at Target full-time Tuesday-Saturday 7:30-4. I get a 30 minute meal break which I normally use to take my dog out but can easily switch and have it be yours as long as it’s close to Chaska target (I have help at home if needed). I am very precise when it comes to caring for animals. If they are on a routine I follow that as closely as possible. My dog could also tag along if requested as she is friendly with other dogs and even cats.
“Thanks for the great service again, Regina! It's very comforting to know Dewey was in good hands while I was gone. I will absolutely use Regina again in the future!”

“Jordana took perfect care of our high energy dogs when I reached out due to work travel! They clearly enjoyed her presence and were so happy in all of the photos. We will be using her again!”

“Lindsey and her daughters did a fantastic job with our cat, Nova! Nova really enjoyed the extra company. Lindsey was reliable, trustworthy, and it’s the first time she hasn’t been anxious when we’ve been gone!”

About: I've taken care of big and small dogs most of my life. Love them and take care of them like family. I will take good care of your pets. I love the outdoors and going on walks. I foster dogs , and get them ready for a forever home . Pet care is completely random most of the time As I work randomly throughout the week and don’t have a set schedule . I do work nights Monday-Wednesday . I would care for your dogs with kind care and if you have a big dog you don't have to be scared of me walking them and them going lose. I am stronger than I look and have about 6 years of firefighting experience under my belt. I am tidy and neat and don't track any dirt inside the house.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs of all sizes and currently have a Bernese mountain dog. I am very patient when it comes to animals and have helped train puppies. I am very flexible and willing to work with the owners to best help with they’re schedule and the pets schedule. I am currently a part time seasonal employee so my schedule is very flexible and open to accommodate any needs or concerns that one may have. I treat my dog with love and affection and will treat yours the same. I am able to play with your dogs to exhaust or entertain them. I am willing to follow any special maintenance requests to accommodate any needs that your pet may need.
“Desiree completed multiple drop-in visits (2x daily) during a week-long vacation for my two senior cats. Mr. Twix is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice a day. Desiree was happy to stop over ahead of the trip to go over insulin and daily routines. I asked for photo updates and Desiree was happy to share! She graciously cleaned one poo mess and even helped reset the fuse box when the cat fountain stopped working. Twix and Butters were calm and happy when I arrived home. I felt comfortable on my trip knowing the kids were getting love in my absence!”

“Megan has been nothing but super sweet to my pup. She leaves thorough notes immediately after her visits and takes THE best photos of my pup. I feel so safe and comforted knowing she’s checking in on her during a long day. I highly recommend Megan to watch your dog”

“Emma was wonderful with our pups! She was also kind enough to agree to check-in with our dogs after a pet sitter cancelled on us a few days before we were to leave on vacation. She sent us pictures, cleaned up doggie drool, ? and left our pups happy and well taken care of. We highly recommend her!”
About: I’ve worked with a lot of different kinds of dogs big and small. I took a few classes with a guide dog company to learn to train dogs that are reactive. I have a puppy I’m raising who would love to meet your animals. I have to take care of my puppy and adding another dog to the schedule isn’t very hard for me to do. Every morning we go to the dog park and get some energy out after breakfast. I have a puppy that loves to hangout and play with all dogs. We do a lot of walking and go to the dog park every morning to get some energy out.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Chaska
Carine and Eric were incredible watching our two doodles while we were away; they were fantastic following our requests, were punctual throughout the visits, and were great at communicating. It gave us peace of mind to know they were taking care of our pups while we were away; would recommend for sure!
This was our first experience with Rover and a drop in type service in general for our dog and we were so happy with how it went! Laura was so easy and great to communicate with from the initial booking, arranging a meet and greet before our reserved time, and during all the drop in visits she did with our dog. We really appreciated the photos and reassurance that our pup was doing okay while we were gone! We would definitely book with Laura again in the future and recommend anyone else as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Chaska with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
