About: I know how it is to leave town and have to leave your fur babies or animals behind, leaving them in the care of somebody who genuinely loves animals is truly a relief and the assurance we need. Every day you will receive pictures and updates! I have a background in caring for animals on ANY walk of life. Whether that be an animal who is more skittish, puppies, kitties, senior dogs or cats I can care for all. I also can help take care of reptiles! I am available full-time to care for, play & attend to your animals' needs. My focus is helping families be able to travel with full security that their fur babies are in great hands. About: Dogs have been my whole world since I was four years old, and I've been actively caring for them since I was around ten. Now at 25, with over 15 years of hands-on experience, I know what it means to love a pet like family, not just as a pet, but as a real member of your life. I'm a proud fur-parent to Boogie, a rescue pup I adopted at four months old. He's two now, and watching him grow has only deepened how much I care about the life every dog deserves. It's something I think about a lot: our pets are experiencing everything for the very first time, and that's worth honoring. I also volunteer as a temporary foster, which means I'm comfortable meeting animals exactly where they are, whether that's a nervous newcomer or a playful goofball who wants all the attention. I take every walk and drop-in seriously, because I know a mid-day break and a kind, familiar face can make a pet's whole day. My schedule is more flexible than it might look on paper. I work full-time in the office four days a week, typically wrapping up between 3:30 and 4, and I'm always happy to stop by before work, after work, or in between my jobs. I also work part-time some weekday evenings and weekends, but my hours shift week to week, so I'd rather just talk through what works for you and go from there. If you need someone reliable who's willing to figure it out, I'm your person. When you invite me into your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I'd want for my own. I'm tidy, mindful of your space, and will always leave things exactly as I found them. Your pet's routine matters too. I'll follow whatever instructions you leave, from feeding schedules to favorite toys to the walks they're used to. For walks, I keep a close eye on leash behavior and surroundings, and I'll never push a pet past their comfort zone. I know some dogs need a slow warm-up and others are ready to go the second the leash comes out, and I'm happy to meet them wherever they are that day. You can also expect regular updates while I'm with your pet. I'm happy to send a photo, a quick message, whatever gives you peace of mind while you're away. I know handing over a key and trusting someone with your animal is a big deal, and I don't take that lightly.

About: I have had pets all while growing up. I have had two bigger dogs and I have a cat at my parents house. I have help neighbors watch and walk there dogs when they are gone. I am currently working part time which allows me to have a lot of flexibility. This allows me to have more time to care for animals. I make sure to walk or play with them regularly! Always keeping an eye on them so make sure they’re safe and behaving. I also want them to be comfortable with me so making sure I introduce my self in mine or there home correctly.

I’m an athlete so all I do is work out so I have a lot of time in my day to be with the animals I will provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. I will follow the owner’s instructions closely regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medication, and any special needs.

About: I really love all animals, I have pet frogs, toads, lizzards, a cat, and Axelotl. I know how to take care of exotic pets. I used to be a dog bather, so I know how to work well with dogs, ive also helped raise a few puppies. Ive had cats my whole entire life so I'm super good with cats! Also just so you know, I am Transgender and Use he/him pronouns, my preferred name is Calcifer. With me owing so many pets I'm constantly taking care of my animals. But I currently only work a few days a week so I have a lot of free time currently! It will definitely depend on the clints home and behavior of their pets, but i try to always make sure the animals have all the care they need like , food, water, potty, outside, clean cages. I will make sure ur pets has the attention and care they need always!

About: I’ve been a pet sitter since I was 16 years old being of service to families as they were away on their vacations. I take care to spend time with the animals and make sure their needs are met as requested by the clients. I know how important pets are to a family, so making sure your pet is taken care of is my number one priority. And it’s always a joy to meet new people and pets. I work from home 2 days a week, have weekends off, and have a flexible work schedule. I prefer taking care of pets during holiday seasons or long weekends. I live with no pets in a townhome. A big space with a yard, parks and great trails. Plenty of space in the home for pets to roam around and be comfortable

About: Ive taken care of many family friends Dogs over the past 2 years. This has involved staying the night, going on walks, feeding meals, properly managing medications, playing fetch, keeping the house clean, and of course lots of cuddles! I have cared for small dogs as well as larger dogs such as golden retrievers and labs. I also have a beautiful Siamese cat named Romeo, so I have lots of experience taking care of cats as well! I am currently a senior attending the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, but I am commuting from home which is about 20 minutes south of Minneapolis. Im on campus until about 2 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Other than that I am available to work! For care including simple walks or potty breaks, I would only need about a 24 hour notice. For overnight stays I would prefer a 1-2 week notice so I can plan accordingly! For caring for your pets in your home, I will prioritize what you feel comfortable with whether thats me keeping a constant eye on your pet while they use the bathroom/play in the yard or making sure your pets don't enter certain rooms. I will also make sure your pets have a clean, comfortable space and that any specific instructions you provide are followed carefully!

About: Grew up in a household full of cats and convinced parents to get a dog when I was in high school. After high school started working with local rescue agencies to help find fosters and take care of animals. Experience in giving animals medication, dealing with behavioral issues due to anxiety or trauma, and being compassionate and patient with animals that are just scared or insecure. Currently unemployed so availability remains rather open. When working pet care happens around the same schedule I would use for my own animals while navigating a work day. Very respectful inside a home, I tend to clean before the service is finished as I enjoy leaving a place in better shape than when I found it. About: I’ve had animals in my life since I was a baby. I have always enjoyed being around animals and playing with them and building trust with them and being able to cuddle with them on tough days. I have had different types of animals in my life. I have had dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamster, bearded dragon. I currently work part time as a nanny on mondays and Friday and I also currently am trying to create my own business of refurbishing furniture when I have the time. So I am available most days. If yard is fenced I let them run and play and watch them at all times. Otherwise I will put a leash on them so they stay close. I will also pay attention to where they are at all times.

About: I DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS ALONE AT NIGHT or during the day IF REQUIRED and or REQUESTED. If you want to know your home and fur family are safe and have consistent interaction and love I do not work any shifts as a nurse while I work for you. I would be with them other than running to the store or to get my toddler, and could also take them with me if you wanted. I offer 24/7 care for your furry, bald, or scaly family members. For extended stay house sitting I will adjust my service radius and accept further distance or travel time. I’m very passionate about any owner feeling confident (and not occupied or distracted) wondering if someone is taking care of things. I don’t leave animals alone at night unless you specifically say so. I have a lot of experience with geriatric animals as well as anxious, barky dogs, cats with mental issues, chickens, exotic animals; reptiles such as large snakes and lizards, spiders, 🕷️ little furry friends, hedgehogs, fish, toucans, macaws, parrots, small birds and ferrets to name a few. I was 6 when I started my first job! I’m happily teaching my daughter young at the age of 4 It was me banging on your door and (without any introductions) yelling excitedly.. “DO YOU HAVE A DOG HOW MANY? ARE YOU CAT PEOPLE!? IS IT NICE ? CAN I WALK IT ? WHATS ITS NAME ? CAN I GIVE IT TREATS ? PEOPLE FOOD ? And yes that was ALL one sentence no response necessary as I welcomed myself further into your house to look for said dog…cat or leash and your cookie jar which led me to my next question; “do you have any cookies or cakes I can have?” .🤦🏻‍♀️ Luckily I was just cute and outgoing enough to be welcomed over to play with the pets and tire them out for you! One day you would find me in your (locked or out of reach handle) SIX FOO TALL FENCED INI yard with your dogs or waiting for you to open the door I WAS OBSESSED 😬 eventually when you saw my strong bond and trust with your fur-balls you thought might not like kids…..I WAS IN!! Official dog walker with a new addition to my schedule. Which admittedly did lead to neighborhood search parties for your dog, thinking it ran away from the little girl two young to take care of it! (sorry Fur parents) they were actually sitting with me in my bedroom on my bed/refrigerator box made in to my dog fort (eating approved treats only!!) at my lame goldfish tank petless house. Just 7 wild sisters I couldn’t even trade for one dog!? Come on DAD! Anyways it’s a passion and a hobby, I have trained puppies have several weeks old to sit shake and lay down within a short period of time, I took my Aunt’s dogs always to doggy daycare and as an adult my past babies to fully owner trained facilities, I am a nurse of 14 years so I have all the BLS credentials as well as ACLS medical training, medication knowledge and after so many 20+ year old cats and dogs (my aunt really kept them happy!!) i’ve given just about every injection topical oral anal glandular ointment insulin you anti parasitic viral fungal and nasal! Yea nasal medication there is. At times living with my aunt who always had at least two dogs….and 5 cats…and a squirrel maybe some fish or my secret pet rat she knew nothing about (and was an actual wild rat I befriended) god I hope she doesn’t read this…now at 33 I am comfortable with “very pet friendly” houses, clutter or hoarding does not bother me as I grew up in many different homes and usually had multiple animals ranging from fish, Burmese pythons birds mice dragons, lizards, animal smells do not bother me, I have no allergies, I have no pets myself currently. There are a lot of people who offer cheaper services than I do so if your just looking for someone to basically stop and drop food you can save money picking someone else. **pricing reflects Rovers fluctuating meet and greet, booking, distance, duration and APP taxes & fees** I don’t work for anyone but you when I watch your family member(s) I! am flexible with availability, love all animals and creatures (besides leaches ticks and centipedes) I offer free grooming in your home for any docile candidates as well as wound care, med management, and oh yea ALL THE CUDDLES. I can get them to appointments if needed, as a first responder and nurse of 14 years I am very adept at recognizing any signs of distress, distrust, or pain. I have been able to safely manage situations that so quickly could have went bad by recognizing slight stance variation, a quick glance or change in affect on your baby. Typically if someone is noticeably obnoxious (or a kid with no training comes and puts its sticky hand in front of your babes face randomly while on a walk…I would expect nothing less and therefore am prepared. Hey we can’t all get along all the time right? For extended care with any animals that have separation anxiety or disabilities I prefer to care for animals in their home environment. Humans usually prefer not uprooting as animals do as well, it limits anxieties and the unknown. There’s at least familiarity and their own controlled routine. I do not mind doing doggy daycare or boarding a Young rambunctious pup that may not be bonded to an environment yet But typically they are so much more comfortable in their home, and you have peace of mind when you are away that not only your babies are being watched, but your property as well. As a basic care provider as well as certifications and years of being an emergency responder, safety is first. First and foremost. That applies to living beings first as well as home and surroundings. Knowing the correct commands and the rules that kids like to break when parents are away is always important and helps Foster trust and confidence between myself and your pets. Just as children crave structure and routine animals are no different! And if I’m being honest, sometimes easier.

About: I've been taking care of people's cats and dogs alike ever since I was a teenager around the Edina neighborhood. I moved to Woodbury around 2019 where I adopted a cat. I grew up with dogs but I've wanted a cat too so now I'd say I'm proficient with both cats and dogs. I work part-time. I have flexible schedule on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.so I'm pretty much available all day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I'm available to stay overnight if that is a need for the pet. I always make sure to establish trust between myself and the pet and the pet parent. I also understand animals need time to adjust to new people and every animal is different. Some also need more space to adjust and I'm that person that will give the time and space the animal needs.
