About: Hi! I’m Steph — a full-time pet caregiver through Rover and the heart behind a growing pet photography business. Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13 and have experience with all kinds of animals, from high-energy pups to quiet companions. I share my life with my dog Scooby, who’s a big lovebug and gets along great with both people and other animals, and two leopard geckos, Helios and Haku, who each have their own little quirks and charm. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. I have worked with certified fear free trainers as well as being a groomer for 3 years now I am very aware of animal body language and how to meet their needs so they feel safe in their environment. I do have a dachshund mix named Scooby that is incredibly friendly with Small to XL dogs. She’s always up for having a play date!

I am a retired medical professional and feel comfortable giving any medications. I would love to care for your dogs and keep them safe and happy while you are away. About: I’ve been dog sitting since I was 15, I’ve taken in mastiffs to small teacup chihuahuas! Ever since my mom started her dog buisness, I’ve grown very fond over taking care of dogs. I have lots of experience from over these past years of dog sitting, and have seen many different types of breeds! I’ve handled dog aggressive dogs as well as human aggressive dogs, this is not new to me and I’m more than happy to accommodate with dogs who suffer from that. I have also medicated dogs as well as cats before! If you wanna try and potty train your puppy I’ll be more than happy to help as well. I’m not a certified trainer, but I’ve done dog conditioning and have my cgc and gone to multiple akc classes. I also trained a medical alert service dog by myself. My dogs are in akc advanced obedience/tricks. I’ve dabbled in dog sports, I’ve taken clients to do fast cat too! If you’re ever interested in getting in to sports and don’t know where to start I would love to help out. Im home most of the day, I’m able to go any clients house at any given time! As long as I get a heads up! My schedule can be adjusted to your needs.🙂 When it comes to house visits I’m a very cautious person, I love to double check everything. Gives me peace of mind, as well as making sure everything was where it was left. I have done house visits where I had to medicate cats or dogs, as well as slept over houses with them! For free I’ll also clean the house up (sweep/mop/dusting) for any house visits! The house will be left the same way you left it!

About: Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I am a huge animal lover and have grown up/cared for dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with mostly Norwegian Elkhounds but had one Carin terrier find his way to my family. Currently I have 1 Norwegian Elkhound named Bear who is about 6 years old and my best friend. My boyfriend and I recently adopted 2 cats from the animal Humane Society named Jack and Lucas. I have been pet sitting since high school and have taken care of cats, dogs, rabbit, fish and hamsters. When I am not with animals I can be found hiking, reading, knitting or playing video games. I am currently making my way through the Nancy Drew series and hoping to finish a scarf by Christmas time. I try to stay active and like taking my dog on long walks especially in the summer. I am currently go to school full time. Which allows me to prioritize caring for my pets and lets me fit a wide ranging of scheduling needs. My pets currently run the home. They have free reign of the entire house and nap, eat and sometimes even potty where ever they like.

“Neha was absolutely amazing! I had just moved to a new neighborhood and was looking for someone to give my miniature golden retriever, Leia, dinner, a walk, and some extra belly rubs. Unfortunately, I forgot to update my address in the Rover app, so Neha ended up driving all the way to my old house across the Twin Cities. When she arrived, she noticed that the house didn’t match the photos and instructions I had provided and kindly reached out to me. I was out of town and didn’t see her message for over 30 minutes. I was horrified when I realized my mistake, especially since I was hours away and couldn’t do anything to help. Neha could not have been more gracious and understanding. Despite the inconvenience that I caused, she generously offered to drive to my new home and still take care of Leia. She spent extra time with her, gave her dinner, took her for a walk, and made sure my princess got plenty of love and attention. I am incredibly grateful for Neha’s kindness, flexibility, and patience. She truly went above and beyond, and it meant so much to me. Leia was happy and well cared for, and I would absolutely choose Neha again in the future. About: I've lived on a homestead taking care of farm animals including dogs, cats, goats, horses, chickens, and much more! My parents bred and trained AKC Labradors and Beagles for wild game hunting. I became a farm hand for a local barn in New Hampshire at the age of 14. Once I was 16 I started overnight caretaking for horses, dogs, and cats. I have experience training puppies and rescue dogs with my parents. I also own amphibians and non conventional pets so I'm familiar with exotic caretaking. I'm currently dog sitting/walking/feedings fulltime. I'll have plenty of time during the day to play with your pets and take them outside for potty breaks. I live in apartment that does not allow cats or dogs so any pet sitting will have to be done at your home. I have my own private insurance alongside Rover Garantee. I will need a full tour of your yard if it's fenced, to make sure there aren't any means of escaping. A full detailed care sheet that includes the pet's schedule, behavioral concerns (a must), vitamins or medications schedule, prefered place to walk or run (typical place you go to help understand your pet's public behavior and help form trust with them. I will always learn your pet's behavior in a controlled and comfortable environment first. Then if you approve, we can eventually go on hikes. The more detail I have about your pet, the better their transition will be in my care. Trust and Safety is my top priority when caring for a family member that can't speak.
