She was warm, patient, reassuring, and so communicative the entire time. What really stood out to me is how naturally comfortable my dogs were with her. You can tell she truly understands animals and cares about them like they’re her own. She sent updates and photos, answered my anxious first-time-boarder questions with so much kindness, and made the whole experience feel safe and personal. Finding someone you can actually trust with your dogs is huge, and Tracy is absolutely that person. I’m so grateful we found her and would recommend her in a heartbeat.”

“Emily is one of a kind. As it was our first time using Rover and having a puppy, we were a little shy about it at first, but Emily made us feel comfortable about everything! We did a meet-up a few days before scheduling to confirm it was a good match. It definitely was! She asked us many questions and also let us ask questions about everything, which made us feel more at ease. Throughout the stay, Emily kept us updated on how our puppy was eating and how he was getting along with her own dogs. She also asked us during the stay if it was okay to bring him to certain places, and that was great! Let’s just say our little pup is going to miss the new best friends he made until next time. Emily is so sweet, kind, and caring! We will definitely be having Emily babysit our baby boy again! It was also our dog's first experience with a cat and Timm made sure that experience went smoothly. Timm also set up a video call well in advance of our pup's stay to assure us of the other pets he'd be staying with and the home he would be staying at. When we arrived, he ran right up to the house and made himself at home. We got several updates throughout our honeymoon and enjoyed all of the photos and videos. We are so grateful for Timm and plan to book with him in the future.”
