We couldn't be happier with the care Doyle and Nellie provide for our dog, Vesper. They always make sure she feels safe, loved, and well cared for while we're away, which gives us complete peace of mind. It's obvious they genuinely enjoy spending time with her because she always has so much fun. Every time Vesper comes home, she's happily exhausted from all the play and attention she's received! Cristina and her family were wonderful. Confident from the moment we communicated that my doggie would be well taken care for. He stayed at their place for five days and we received constant communication and pictures/ videos. Classic wondering if our dog loves it more at Cristina’s house than ours! Will be asking her again to watch our dood.
Isabelle responded quickly & was so friendly and flexible with my schedule changes & many questions since it was my 1st time using Rover. Bentley was welcomed with open arms and got along great with her 2 dogs. I knew he'd be in great hands and get all the love and play time he needed. Isabelle sent me photos which really put me at ease to know he was safe and having a great time. He came home exhausted and happy. Mandi was amazing! This was our dog's first boarding experience and it was definitely a great one. He's still a puppy and learning to stay away from us is something he's still getting used to from time to time. Mandi was very accommodating and super helpful before we dropped our pup off. The drop-off and pick-up process was easy and stress-free. There was another review that said the property was hard to find, but Mandi provided me the address and google maps had no issues finding it! Our pup definitely seemed to be having a good time. It was also a great experience for him to hang around dogs and kids in a more casual and calm setting. I would definitely recommend Mandi for your boarding needs!
Ashley is great with our senior German Shepherd. She sent daily pictures and reports. It’s the first time my dog stayed in someone else’s home and I know she will be comfortable with Ashley the next time for sure. That is so reassuring!
