This review is for Oct. 5-6 drop-in visits. Nicole was very accommodating to us needing to shift some things around a few days prior. We are new to Rover and had the typical nervousness of someone new watching our kitties. Nicole came over for a meet and greet a week before and then the weekend prior to get a quick rundown of where everything is and what we needed. Our one cat needs medication administered via injection and she was able to do that even with him being quite shy. When we came back the litter box area was clean and both cats seem content. Nicole helped ease my mind by sending lots of pictures and was very good with communication.
Patricia (Trish) was so great to work with! Communication was excellent and consistent and it was evident how much she adored our fur babies from the notes and photos she sent. We were out of the country and felt so at ease that our kitties were in her hands. We will 100% book with Trish again!!
