“I had a last-minute need for someone to check in on my dog due to a flight delay, and Hailey truly saved the day! She responded quickly, was flexible and reliable, and kept me updated throughout the entire process to ensure my dog was well cared for. I’m so grateful to Hailey for stepping in on such short notice and would highly recommend her for any future pet sitting needs. Thank you, Hailey!”

“We had Adaley sit our shy and “sassy” cat during a 17 day trip and it was such a relief to see her daily reports and her efforts in ensuring our cat was well taken care of. We really appreciated her help and have already booked her for another shorter trip!”

“Stephanie was absolutely wonderful with our cat, Walter. She took care of him over the holidays and was very communicative with us the entire time. Our little kitty tweaked his paw while we were away and she kept us updated 100% of the time and fielded all of our questions. She game planned with us and made sure he was taken care of. She made us feel so comfortable while we were away and we knew he was in good hands. I couldn’t say more positive things about her. She’s awesome & kind. We will definitely be rebooking in the future.”

About: Dog walking and dog sitting was my first ever job! I have dog walked and dog sat for my friends, my family, and worked for local dog walking company for a couple years—taking care and walking multiple dogs a week. I have also cat sat for many years and volunteered at an animal shelter and have lots of experience with different kinds of dogs and cats. I love my pets and would love to care of yours like they are my own! I’m currently working part time from home and have availability during the day for dog walks. I am also available on some weeks/weekends for dog and cat sitting! I have a fenced yard and a very walkable neighborhood for dogs. I can crate dogs and take dogs on walks. I also have had dogs in this home and currently have 1 friendly cat.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs my whole life with two dogs of my own and have experience with dogs of different sizes, breeds, and energy levels. Friends, neighbors, and family trust me to walk, feed, play with, and check in on their dogs while they’re away. I’m patient, responsible, and make sure each dog gets the attention, exercise, and care they need. I’m also comfortable following specific routines and handling both active and shy dogs. I’m currently a student, so I’m available after school, on weekends, and during school breaks. I have a flexible schedule and can make time to care for your pets, including walks, check-ins, and playtime. I’m reliable and will always show up on time and follow your pet’s routine. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, routines, and any special needs. I make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for in their home. I’m responsible, attentive, and will treat your pet like my own. I can also provide updates and photos for peace of mind.
“This was our first time using Rover for our cat, and Nicole was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure he wasn’t lonely and kept him engaged during each visit. Her communication was excellent, and she carefully followed all of our instructions, which gave us peace of mind and made our trip so much more relaxing. I would highly recommend Nicole!”

“Elizabeth was able to accommodate me in a time of emergency. She was quick to respond and always gave pics for the visits. Penny can be shy, but warmed up to Elizabeth right way. I really appreciate Penny had such great care.”

“As always, I know I can count on Lara’s support. She is very reliable, a great communicator, and Frankie loves her! Don’t hesitate to reach out to her for help with your furry kids!”

About: I grew up surrounded by animals, with a dad who’s a farmer and a home full of furry (and sometimes feathery) companions. From a young age, I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, and while life took me down a different path, my love and passion for animals never changed. These days, I enjoy walking and carrying for dogs. There's something special about just being present with them. I’m also a proud mom to two animal-loving girls (ages 8 and 10), and together we dream of having a house full of animals... if only we had the space! I am self employed so I can set my own hours. I love to be outside. I walk my own dog everyday. Happy to take animals on walks, play with my own dog or even go on a hike. I live on ½ an acre with lots of grass and a fenced in backyard. We live right near the Iron Horse Trail so walks are encouraged. =)
About: I am a 24-year-old girl who has grown up with always having two dogs and a cat in my household. I have been dog sitting, dog walking, and just generally taking care of my animals and others for as long as I can remember. Along with my dogs, I have had multiple cats, horses, taken care of birds and bunnies, and would love to expand my experience with any and all animals. I also worked at a vet as well as a boarding facility for some time in previous years. I am based in Danville and am looking for side jobs to help me afford living and get on my feet a bit more while juggling school and work. I would love for this to be a way to make money on the side while also enjoying the work to the fullest. Thank you so much for considering me, I hope I can help with whatever you may need!! Pet care fits into my weekly routine easily because I currently have an open schedule so any time and any day I am available to help. I always keep an eye on the pets when in my client’s home and give them as much love and attention as possible. I make sure their routine is the same as when mom and dad are home.
“Diana took great care of my cat Oliver. She sent me daily pictures/videos to show me how he’s doing. Oliver’s usually very reserved and takes around three days to come out of hiding when with a new sitter but with Diana he was coming out the first night already. He got along really well with her cat Spikey as well. They were having a blast chasing each other all night. I highly recommend to book her as your sitter.”

About: I adopted my four legged friend 7 years ago and have dedicated all my free time to training and adventuring with him. I adore animals and love being able to train and spend time with them so that they can enjoy the world as much as we do! I have been pet sitting for friends for nearly 10 years for both pups and kitty’s, I grew up with cats and pet sit my best friends when I need some kitty love. I am currently between scientists jobs so I am available pretty much any time we’re not on overlanding, camping or on backcountry adventures with our pup! I take a soft approach to training and care, as my boy was a rescue and very tentative with people and scared of nearly everything. I am happy to discuss care with owners and want to keep to your commands, care, and schedule because I know how important it is for our pets!
About: I've taken care of close family friends dogs and I've worked at a pet resort for dogs and other animals. You can trust me to treat them with so much love and give them their basic needs and anything else you'd like for me to do with them (: I currently work with dogs full time with a schedule and I will work around the schedule and when it comes to your fur baby I prioritize them first before working with other dogs. I do not have pets of my own but because I've taken care of others and worked at a pet resort for dogs and other animals I know what's needed to be done. I know dog behavior, feedings, medicine, how often they should go use the bathroom, etc.
“I was so nervous to use Rover because I’ve only ever had my close friends watch my kitties. But no one was available so I found Ayla from her reviews & I’m so glad I did!! She’s so wonderful and works with so much care. Very grateful that I found a local cat sitter now for any future needs. Thank you, Ayla!”

“Fei is so kind, and she went above and beyond while caring for my cat. She is quick and thorough with communication, asks a lot of important questions, and makes sure to check in frequently. My cat absolutely loved her, and I could tell he was very well taken care of and loved while I was away. Also, my apartment and all of my cat's space/things were well-maintained and neat when I got back, which I appreciate so much. I would 100% ask Fei to watch my pet again in the future and would highly recommend booking her. Thank you, Fei!!! :)”

About: Hi! I’m someone who truly loves animals and treats every pet like family. I’ve had hands-on experience dog sitting for my grandma, and I have my own bunny, so I understand how important patience, gentleness, and attention are when caring for animals. What sets me apart is how much I genuinely enjoy spending time with pets—I’m not just there to “watch” them, I’m there to make them feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I pay attention to their moods, routines, and little details that make them comfortable. I’m responsible, caring, and naturally nurturing, and I’ll always make sure your dog gets plenty of love, playtime, and care—just like they would at home. Your pet’s happiness and comfort mean everything to me! Pet care fits thoughtfully into my routine in a way that still allows me to give each pet my full attention and care. I work Monday through Thursday from 7–4, so I’m available in the afternoons and evenings on most weekdays, as well as Fridays and Saturdays. I’m not available for early morning walks before work, Sundays, Mondays, or some Tuesdays, but when I am available, I make sure to be fully present. After work, I can provide walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of love so your pet feels happy and comfortable. I focus on being reliable and consistent within my schedule, making sure every visit is calm, attentive, and full of care. Your pet will always get quality time, affection, and a safe, comforting environment with me I care for every pet like they’re my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable no matter where they are. In my home or a client’s home, I stick closely to their normal routine—feeding times, walks, playtime, and rest—so they feel as relaxed as possible. I’m very gentle and attentive, always paying attention to their behavior and needs, whether that means extra cuddles, quiet time, or lots of play. I keep their space clean, make sure they have fresh water, and give them plenty of love and reassurance while you’re away. My goal is to create a calm, happy environment where your pet feels secure, cared for, and truly at home 🤍

Andrea took great care of our kitties. She is very responsible and genuinely loves animals. She asked excellent questions and took detailed notes during our meet & greet. She sent us photos and detailed reports for each drop-in visit and even brought in our mail!

Brooke just took care of our 3 cats and did a fantastic job. She was here on each day we requested, sent photos and made sure our fur babies had everything they needed including some much needed affection. She is really great with animals. I highly recommend her.

We had a wonderful experience leaving our cat fur a day while having Zi check in on him twice. I was quite wary of letting a stranger into my house while we were away but after meeting Zi at our scheduled meet and greet, all my fears were set aside as she was very sweet and loving towards Billy Bob, our cat. She visited on time and sent pictures and communicated during and after the visits. I’ll definitely look her up again next time we need a pet sitter!
