He was extremely easy to work with as he would flex his hours everyday according to my schedule. My dog absolutely loved him! He took her to the beach and hiking and was always with her at home. He even bought her a toy on his last day which he let her select (not surprising that the toy closely resembles a squirrel :). About: I grew up surrounded by all kinds of pets and have owned both cats and a dog as an adult, which was a Dalmatian, describe them as eternally young. :-) I'm an active individual whose current living situation doesn't allow pets so would love to help with yours! Those of you in the Larkspur/Greenbrae area may recognize me from walks on the local paths where I’m able to greet many dogs. While on vacation, I also seek out opportunities to contribute or volunteer for various animal causes, which you’ll see in some of my pictures. I'm retired so my schedule is generally flexible unless I'm out of town for personal reasons. Choosing a more limited radius at this point enables greater schedule flexibility, and to be close to local resources should a need arise. I will pet sit in your home so that your fur baby has all of their normal comforts and routines. I realize not all owners have a fenced yard for a dog so understand the importance of daily walks. I always welcome the opportunity to meet or chat about your needs in advance, so that you may advise of any behaviors for which I'll need to be more mindful. I care for fur babies of at least one year of age. I’m allergic to cigarette smoke so that’s my only restriction. I'm a neat, tidy person who's very responsible--former homeowner.

About: Having been raised around dogs and cats my entire childhood, as well as raising my own pets since adulthood, I am more than excited to take care of yours! I am wide open during summertime, but work school hours during the school year. I have open availability on the weekends and after school for both overnights and walks. During the day, I would be able to take your pup out in the am, at lunch and afterschool. My friends joke that my dog is my fourth child and they are definitely correct. About: I love dogs (and cats)! I have walked dogs for family members, neighbors and friends for the past 15+ years. I would love to walk your dogs, play with your energetic pup and make sure they are having an amazing day! I can also stop by to feed and water them, or dog sit, and send you an update you about your dog’s or cat’s status after each visit :-). I’m currently very flexible with my schedule and can come walk your dog most days of the week, given at least a day’s notice, within a radius of 7 miles from San Rafael. I can walk dogs outside of your house or take care of dogs within your house. This includes refilling food, water, treats and playing with your dog. Happy to walk to a nearby dog park if that is available and that is something you regularly do with your dog!

I previously owned a veterinary hospital and pet boarding facility, so working with dogs is a life long passion of mine. Senior pets are welcome!!! I've had San Francisco (city) customers before, but mainly Marin County residents. Pups will have loving care around the clock. I’m retired and my wife works out of the house. Safe and secure environment with 24 hour monitoring. Secure fenced in yard with doggie door. Pups understand very quickly that we are there to take care of them and they feel safe and secure with us.
