“Emily is such a great sitter she is accomidating and understadning. Winston loves going there and once he realizes where he is doing he tries pulling me to her building. Safe to say he likes his day care time with Emily”

“Kota has stayed with Gabriella during the day multiple times and she has always been wonderful to work with. He is ecstatic when seeing her and it’s clear how safe and comfortable he feels in her care.”

“Gabriela was a delight. Extremely accommodating for my early morning drop-offs and very responsive throughout the day. Nyla was happy both days, so I know Gabriela gave her the same love I do. I recommend her 10/10 and will certainly book again.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, and it ignited my passion to become a veterinarian—something I’m currently diving into with excitement! I adore animals like they’re my new best friends, and working with all sorts of creatures has filled my heart since I was a little girl. Now, getting the opportunity to do what I love feels like a dream come true! I’ve had incredible experiences grooming pets, administering medicine, and ensuring their daily needs are met—each moment is an adventure! I even got certified as a canine attendant, which was an amazing milestone for me! Plus, it’s not just me; my whole family joins in on the fun with pet sitting! If you ever worry about your furry baby when they’re in my care, put those fears aside! We are all passionate about providing love, respect, and the very best care for every furbaby we encounter. We’re dedicated to making tails wag and hearts happy! 😊 I’m currently a college student so having a routine for myself and my fur baby is a must in my books! I love to experience meeting new personalities with animals as I do people. Although I am young (I like to hang out with my friends of course) I still try to insert my pet into my fun through a safe manner. With me, there’s always room for a fur baby to tag along and enjoy themselves as much as they can. My family consists of a lot of kids and puppies so whenever your pet is here they are always on the go. I try to keep your fur baby as active as possible especially if they’re a high energy baby. Just know your baby is gonna be living a dream life in my care!

“Alicia is great!! Beau loved her and she was so kind and communicative. He has a little separation anxiety but it seemed to be no issue with her :) Highly recommend!”

“Daniel was so accommodating with my puppy, Harper. She gets nervous about meeting new people, but Daniel was very understanding and she settled right in when she met his dog. Would definitely recommend Daniel for doggy daycare!”

About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu. Taking care of her helped me acquire basic canine behavior and taught me the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Most recently I raised my own best friend, Gelato an English Bulldog. I gained my breeder experience with Gelato and cared for her and her 6 puppies, until they were rehomed at 8 months. I enjoy taking long walks, which I consider the ultimate stress reliever and best way to exercise. I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I have 20 years of experience in the customer service field and enjoy striving to provide the best experience to my clients. In my personal time I am spending time with my 2 little girls teaching them how to play sports, and of course how to be loving pet owners. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! I’m currently working part time and will be available to walk most pets during early mornings hours during the week and mid day and evenings during the weekend. I definitely would like to know your pets temperament, and what might scare them. I know they will feel most comfortable at home but if they are with me, I’d like to keep a calm, pet friendly setting for them to be comfortable in.

“Stephen took amazing care of our boy, and we will absolutely be reaching out again if we ever need care! I have recommended Stephen to friends of mine as well.”

“Sarah and Brian were awesome w my slightly shy pup, AWoo, on short notice for a day trip I took. They arranged a quick meet and greet so I knew she would be comfortable and sent several photos over the course of the day while I was away. AWoo seemed very happy with them and their fun-loving pup Fitz. Would definitely have them take care of my girl again!”

“I asked Rosina’s care for my little girl during my dinner scheduled in a last minute. She is very accommodating and responsive, and I am so thankful for her professional dedication!”

“Hannah is amazing! Very good communicator, sends lots of pictures, and is a great dog person. Her dog Ruthie is a sweetie and loves to play hard and nap hard. Highly recommend Hannah for any of your pet needs!”

“Super friendly and helped out last minute. This was a life saver for our vacation to have someone watch our dog while we were in between check out and check in to a new location. This was our first time using the service and she did great with my dog.”

“Amanda is so thoughtful, caring, and experienced!! Our pups have become great paw-tners and friends and Yo-Yo had a truly excellent week in her care. Thank you so much! We would highly recommend Amanda as a fantastic sitter and person.”

“Absolutely thrilled with the care provided by Carolin for Roman! She went above and beyond, ensuring our pup was happy, active, and well-loved during our time away. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for reliable and affectionate care! Thanks again!”

“We recently started trying doggy day care for our 9 month old rescue puppy, Luna, and have tested out a few Rover sitters. We were a little nervous at the beginning because this was our first dog and we weren’t sure about how she would do being away from us (she’s a pandemic dog so separation anxiety is real!). However, Jordan and William are wonderful. When we first booked them, they were willing to walk to our house (6 or 7 blocks) for a meet and greet between Luna and their dog. While the two dogs were playing, Jordan and William asked all the right questions to make sure they could properly care for Luna during the day. When Luna is at their house, they are responsive, communicative, and share pictures throughout the day. They also give us a brief rundown at pick up time – when was the last time she went to the bathroom, whether or not she at all her lunch, etc. It’s also been great for Luna to have a playmate during the day. When we dropped Luna off on her second day, she was so excited to get inside and play. Luna was also able to enjoy a nice nap while she was there. It's clear she feels comfortable and safe with Jordan and William. We highly recommend Jordan and William and plan on leaving Luna with them again in the future. They have been great with Luna and she’s always excited to stay with them for the day!”

“Ash was a great doggy daycare sitter for Chuck! Ash was communicative and responsive while coordinating logistics, took care to understand Chuck’s food hunting proclivities and take steps to avoid them, and Chuck returned happy and healthy. Will definitely consider using Ash again in the future!”

“Our puppy had a wonderful stay with Melinda. We received pictures and an update during her day. As an added bonus, our pup got a nice dose of socialization with a couple older dogs. She came home tired and happy. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.”

About: I've been exposed to dogs/cats of all sizes and ages all my life! However, there are three fur buddies that take a special place in my heart. The first is Brave, the white Maltese pictured, who I rescued during a difficult time in my life. I had just recently lost my job and was pretty depressed, but saving her gave me hope again. She had been clearly abused by her previous owner and it took a lot of trust for her to allow me to take her in. I, unfortunately, was not able to adopt her due to my circumstances at the time, but I was able to bring her to a shelter where she was treated/rehabilitated and eventually adopted. The 2nd fur buddy is my family's dog Sparky, the brown poodle mix pictured. Sparky is spoiled but super-loving and very protective over her loved ones. I occasionally take her with me for a few weeks at a time to give her a mini-vacation from my family's home. Lastly, similarly to Brave, I took in another abused dog, Chyna. Chyna was found by my brother severely malnourished and on the brink of death. He had to go away for work so she was left in my care. She stayed with me for about a total of 3 weeks where I had to support her every move. When her bloodwork came back, it was discovered that she had cancer that had already metastasized. It explained why she lost the will to live, but I'm forever thankful that in her last few weeks, I was able to bring her comfort. The family has had Sparky, now 7 yrs old, since she was a puppy, and Brave and Chyna were both senior dogs. No matter what breed or age, dogs never cease to amaze me. I truly feel that Brave and Chyna were angels sent from above to help me remember to have compassion for all people and things in this world. I feel that it's my calling to work with animals so hopefully, your pet will be next in my journey :) New to DC and ready to meet all my new fur buddies! Please allow me a moment to update my profile (4/7/25), but please don't hesitate to explore my profile/photos and to schedule a meet and greet :) I WFH so I'm home most of the time. I have a pretty consistent routine, don't go out much unless it's to get necessities and to exercise. I have a very spacious apartment. My living room alone, pictured, is over 250 Sq ft. I live less than 5 mins from Forest Park so there's plenty of outdoor space for your dog to roam and catch sunlight. Also, plenty of fur buddies in my building and at the park in case your dog likes to socialize with other dogs.
