His warm, calm, confident style allowed him to connect with Martha from the start, and Martha followed him into his building without any drama. Matt regularly sent pics and videos while we were away, and it was reassuring to see that Martha was doing well. Matt and his partner take their pups out for fresh air several times a day because they work at home, and Martha got the same great treatment. Pickup was a breeze. I recommend Matt without reservation and plan to use his services again next time we need to leave Martha in town when we're away.”

“Andre was very responsive. We did a video call before I dropped off my puppy for boarding, and he gave me a virtual tour of his place and made me feel very comfortable. Andre is very good with dogs. When I dropped off my puppy with him, he had his own dogs and another boarding dog out on a walk, and he had great control over all of them in a gentle but firm way. He sent photos and updates about my puppy while he was watching her. He even checked in with me to see how she was doing a few days after she came back home.”

Stu has a few health (daily meds and special diet) and mobility issues that the guys were able to handle all without any problems. I also really appreciate how attentive they were to making sure Stu didn't overheat on the hot days. Their communication with me was excellent- daily updates and photos. They were also super flexible when I had last minute changes to drop off and pick up times due to flight cancellations.
