She talked through all my concerns and was incredibly prompt in responding to my questions, big and small. I'm pretty sure after just a few hours she knew how to handle the kittens better than I did! She also took care of any little issue that came up. I could enjoy my time away knowing they were in excellent hands.”

“Andre was very responsive. We did a video call before I dropped off my puppy for boarding, and he gave me a virtual tour of his place and made me feel very comfortable. Andre is very good with dogs. When I dropped off my puppy with him, he had his own dogs and another boarding dog out on a walk, and he had great control over all of them in a gentle but firm way. He sent photos and updates about my puppy while he was watching her. He even checked in with me to see how she was doing a few days after she came back home.”

I cannot emphasize how grateful I am for stumbling upon her profile, she is a total hidden gem on Rover who has been sitting Fray whenever I go out of town. If you opt for Briana you are literally getting triple the services of what you paid for - Fray was not super socialized at the beginning as he has anxiety, but his consistent visits to Briana’s have helped him grow and become socialized IMMENSELY with her sweet pup Lenny (if not one or two others also there). She sends daily updates and TONS of photos which keep me at ease and this time I could tell Fray was having a total blast with the other pups (so much group interaction!). Not to mention the meticulous attention to emotional needs and endless tummy rubs. So so grateful we have you in the neighborhood Briana. Until next time!”

“Beth was incredible! She sent us daily updates of our pup, Babs, having fun and we had a very tired dog on our hands when we picked her up. Our flight was also delayed on return and Beth was completely accommodating and we felt completely at ease knowing that Babs would be spending an extra night with Beth. It was also incredibly helpful on the front end since Beth asked lots of questions to make sure she was providing the absolute best care.”
