“Letticia was AMAZING!!! If I could give her 10 stars I would!! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨When I arrived at Letticia's home I felt very welcomed and it was very inviting. Letticia's home was immaculate not one thing out of place almost like a museum! She had bought Luna a blanket and a Toy! That was so sweet and unexpected! She was so warm and inviting. Her personality was calm and I could tell immediately she loved animals and would be great with Luna. She provided me with tons of updates throughout the entire stay. Anytime I messaged to check-in she replied immediately without any delay! She knew I was a bit nervous as this was the longest I've been away from my baby but Letticia made it soo much easier for me. She really put my mind at ease. She provided me the same reassurance, calm and caring personality of when I had first met her reassuring me once more that my Luna was in good hands. With the pictures & videos Letticia shared I could see Luna felt right at home. She was comfortable, well cared for and safe. I could see she was having fun. Letticia really cared for Luna's well being. When I came to get Luna Letticia wanted to make sure the treats I was giving her didn't have certain ingredients & let me know that Luna really didn't eat too much of her dog food & she doesn't think she likes her food. She had provided daily updates in her messages to me and let me know if Luna woke up in the middle of the night. She didn't need to give her any medicine throughout her stay & Luna has severe anxiety so that was shocking and only speaks to how great Letticia was with Luna! Luna loved her and wasn't anxious AT ALL!! If you are looking for someone trusting, caring, calm & an animal lover you want Letticia to care for your animal! I will be contacting Letticia & having her watch Luna from now on! So take my advice and choose Letticia for your next Doggy daycare, sitting, check-in, walking needs! Just don't book her on a day I need her!😉😜 I can't say enough good things about this experience! It was so much better than I thought it was going to be! I was so nervous and it was really all for nothing! I'm so happy I got Letticia for Luna and will be using Letticia for all future day care, sitting needs for Luna in the future!
