“I’m so glad we found Jenna to take care of our dog, Al! She genuinely loves being around dogs and we loved that Al would be the only dog there. She sent pictures and updates during his stay. We’ll be boarding with Jenna in the future!”
“Jada was very kind, responsive, and kept us updated on our dogs’ daily activities. She sent us pictures throughout their stay and, most importantly, kept them safe and made sure all of their medications were given on schedule. She keeps her availability updated, and we were so grateful that she was able to take our dogs on short notice. We also loved that she has a fenced backyard and friendly dogs for ours to play with. Our dogs came home happy and well cared for. We will definitely book with Jada again!”

“Cammeron did a wonderful job watching our dog Timmy. She took care of him as if he was her own and Timmy seemed very happy. Communication with pictures was very comforting and the property was perfect for dogs. I would definitely use her in the future to watch Timmy again!”

“So easy and trustworthy. I was glad to have my dog in her care. Also I booked insanely last minute and she was so responsive and flexible which really helped me in a bind!”

“Cindy is a wonderful person and very trustworthy. My dog spent 8 days with her and her son Michael and it was great. When I did an initial meet & greet with Cindy, I knew my dog would love her. She is so upfront, honest, and very communicative. Cindy sent us pictures everyday, she kept Beni engaged through the day and the fenced in backyard was amazing. When I picked up Beni, he was so active and upon arriving back home, he slept the whole day as he was spent! I will be rebooking Cindy’s services again as she was great.”
About: We’ve cared for many dogs over our lifespan- combined of 36 years. From small to big, high energy to very little, our house is the perfect fit. We’ve crate trained and potty trained all our dogs and no longer use a crate for any purpose however still have one available. We go on several walks a dog around our neighborhood and have a spacious lanai patio and fenced in backyard with a pool. With part time hours and someone always typically being home, the only time we are out are for sports Saturday mornings for a max of 2 hours. Pets are always welcome to join us if appropriate as we are always at a pet friendly park and our pup loves to join. Morning and afternoon walks are a must as we are an active family and spend our days outside anyway. We have a fenced yard and a lanai in our backyard. We have gates for indoor if needed as well as a crate. Water bowls are available all over the house!
“Xan watched our 11 yr. old Maltese twice and we could not be luckier to have found her. She is definitely an animal lover and her pups are adorable and very well behaved. My little guy isn't the most social but he got along very well at Xan's apartment. I would highly recommend her and we will be asking her to watch Yeyo again.”

About: Hi! I’ve recently moved to the Naples park area. I have a fenced in yard with a kiddie pool and lots of dog toys since I have two bulldogs of my own. Everyone is welcome to come share our home and yard. I’m currently working a part time job but have a lot of availability and flexibility to make any situation work for everyone. My dogs would love to have some company. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I also have a kiddie pool in my yard to beat this Florida heat ! All pets are also welcome to stay inside if that’s what you or they would prefer.

“Our pup stayed with Jacqueline and Russ for an over night stay to see how he would do. Bruno seemed happy when we picked him up and all was well! Now we have our second longer stay booked! ? so nice that he can interact with other pups his size and have the company and care by Jacqueline and Russ while we are away.”

“My little Shassi just loved being at Cathleen's and watching TV with her. Shassi is an anxious dog and Cathleen made her feel right at home. I could tell, from the pics Cathleen shared, that Shassi was content and had fun and was taken care of as well as I would do. Thank you Cathleen for being you! <3”

About: I grew up with cats and dogs from a young age. I had a rescue lab in my 20’s and now and am raising children. We have been pet sitting mainly in our community for several years now. References available upon request. I work from home and have flexibility to take your pup out as often as they like! They will never be lonely as I am home all day. We do not have our own pets in the home. I’m working to teach my children about being a responsible pet owner before we make the commitment. Your dog can freely roam anywhere in our home. Most dogs sleep in my bed or next to me. No restrictions and want them to feel at home. I have a pool if they like to swim.
“Cassandra was absolutely amazing when I had my chihuahua and cat picked up for overnight boarding. They spent a week with her - my cat has tons of play time, attention, love, and care, and my chihuahua had the time of his life playing with her own small dogs, getting tons of walks, and getting totally spoiled! They were treated like family and from all the photos and communication between us, they seemed to have a great time under Cassandra’s care. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking for a great pet sitter and will be using her again in the future! Thank you Cassandra, for making my two pets feel completely at home and for keeping me so updated on everything! Excellent, excellent care!”

About: I have cared for several animals growing up. Dogs and cats were primarily overnights. I have experience with training dogs, everywhere from puppies to older dogs. I have trained dogs to do basic commands such as sit, stay, lay down, stop, roll over, paw, shake, and more. I enjoy playing fetch and living an active lifestyle which translates to how I care for animals. I believe they should have an active life as well. I would enjoy taking the dogs for long walks or having playtime at the beach. I can offer a light grooming service after so there isn’t sand carried through their fur. I can also provide some training for puppies if desired. I love all breeds and hope to have a dog of my own one day.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Bonita Springs
Boarding was just as easy as daycare. My Charlotte LOVES Megan. There’s lots of excitement when she shows up, but she’s patient and kind and waits out the wiggles so Charlotte can be successful with her greetings. Megan is always on time and treats my dog like the queen she is. Will do business with Megan again for sure. You can’t go wrong with this lovely lady. I highly recommend her.

Teresa took great care of Memphis while we were gone for the weekend. She made sure to provide plenty of updates on their walks throughout the day. It was also great that he had other dogs to play with. He is definitely exhausted in the best way possible! Thank you, Teresa!

Morgan was amazing with our 15-year-old Morkie, Bellina! She was communicative, flexible, and so accommodating — which made everything easy and stress-free. Bellina has some unique senior needs (including meds), and Morgan handled it all with so much love and patience. We felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. Highly recommend her — she truly cares ❤️🐾

Preston was absolutely wonderful with Iggy. We felt so genuinely at ease the entire time knowing he was in such great hands. Iggy can be particular and we had a few odd requests and timeline changes, and Preston handled everything with so much patience and flexibility. It never felt like we were inconveniencing him, which meant a lot. He was communicative, kind, and clearly cared about making sure Iggy was comfortable and happy. We’re so grateful and would absolutely book with him again.

Helga and Katherine were an amazing team! Strongly recommend you book them for your furry pet. The booking process and meet and great were all easy to set up. My dog can be a little quirky and they completely rolled with it. I could tell by the videos and photos that she felt completely at home. Thank you for a great visit.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
