When we picked them up they were very happy to see us but as soon as we got them in the car they passed out-a good sign that they had a fun filled week. I received lots of photos of my boys and that was so appreciated! B was very responsive as well, responding to all my texts/ calls in a timely manor. “XIAO IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. She is super kind and flexible. My dog (Ollie) is very particular and a bit high maintenance, but Xiao knew exactly knew what to do since she has her own dogs and taken care of dog all her life. Xiao has 3 dogs of her own, you can tell that she treats them well and will treat your dog like her own. Something came up during my trip and I had to reschedule my pickup time, and Xiao was more than accommodating. Highly recommended especially for worry wort mothers like me haha Thank you again 11/10 would recommend!”
