“XIAO IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. She is super kind and flexible. My dog (Ollie) is very particular and a bit high maintenance, but Xiao knew exactly knew what to do since she has her own dogs and taken care of dog all her life. Xiao has 3 dogs of her own, you can tell that she treats them well and will treat your dog like her own. Something came up during my trip and I had to reschedule my pickup time, and Xiao was more than accommodating. Highly recommended especially for worry wort mothers like me haha Thank you again 11/10 would recommend!”

“Catherine is amazing. She is flexible and considerate-she took my fur baby (Hunter) 30 minutes earlier than we've agreed upon without any hesitation. She sent updates and pictures at least twice a day. I never have to wonder what's going on because she kept me informed. Catherine has two of her own, which is a bonus for us because they are also small breed and friendly. They were great together. Hunter was anxious on his first night but Catherine knew just what to do. Catherine treated my baby like her own. She took Hunter for a walk twice a day, and on top of that, she has let him out in her fenced yard for a quick fresh air between those walks. Catherine has a calm demeanor and very professional. Today, my flight arrival was slightly delayed so I was rushing. I came to pick up Hunter a few minutes late. Coming from a long flight, it was a great relief that she was very understanding and that she had Hunter, on a lease with his belongings all set and ready to go. As if she knew I needed my precious restful sleep ASAP. Catherine's awesome didn't end there, we got home and found out that she sent us a bag of goodies for Hunter. Catherine is simply the best! I can't imagine anyone else can do better than that! Highly recommended!”
“Letticia was AMAZING!!! If I could give her 10 stars I would!! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨When I arrived at Letticia's home I felt very welcomed and it was very inviting. Letticia's home was immaculate not one thing out of place almost like a museum! She had bought Luna a blanket and a Toy! That was so sweet and unexpected! She was so warm and inviting. Her personality was calm and I could tell immediately she loved animals and would be great with Luna. She provided me with tons of updates throughout the entire stay. Anytime I messaged to check-in she replied immediately without any delay! She knew I was a bit nervous as this was the longest I've been away from my baby but Letticia made it soo much easier for me. She really put my mind at ease. She provided me the same reassurance, calm and caring personality of when I had first met her reassuring me once more that my Luna was in good hands. With the pictures & videos Letticia shared I could see Luna felt right at home. She was comfortable, well cared for and safe. I could see she was having fun. Letticia really cared for Luna's well being. When I came to get Luna Letticia wanted to make sure the treats I was giving her didn't have certain ingredients & let me know that Luna really didn't eat too much of her dog food & she doesn't think she likes her food. She had provided daily updates in her messages to me and let me know if Luna woke up in the middle of the night. She didn't need to give her any medicine throughout her stay & Luna has severe anxiety so that was shocking and only speaks to how great Letticia was with Luna! Luna loved her and wasn't anxious AT ALL!! If you are looking for someone trusting, caring, calm & an animal lover you want Letticia to care for your animal! I will be contacting Letticia & having her watch Luna from now on! So take my advice and choose Letticia for your next Doggy daycare, sitting, check-in, walking needs! Just don't book her on a day I need her!😉😜 I can't say enough good things about this experience! It was so much better than I thought it was going to be! I was so nervous and it was really all for nothing! I'm so happy I got Letticia for Luna and will be using Letticia for all future day care, sitting needs for Luna in the future! Julianna and Matt were amazing dog sitters! We left our pup with them for the weekend and had an outstanding experience. She was very attentive and constantly sent picture/video updates throughout the weekend. Her dog Koda is the sweetest and was a great playmate for our pup. She and her family took wonderful care of my small dog for three days. Their home was a great environment for small/medium size dog/cat (but not ideal for large dog) and I could tell my dog was genuinely loved and well cared for. The sitter was very responsive, answered questions quickly, and sent photos and updates throughout the stay. I really appreciated the genuine care, kindness, and communication. I would definitely recommend her.
Ross is very kind and caring. He took great care of my boys and made me feel comfortable the entire time by sending photo and video updates throughout the stay. His dogs are also very loving and friendly, which made the environment even better. It made me happy knowing my boys were having a great day while I was working hard for them. Highly recommend!
Kendall was very responsive and sent lots of pictures and videos. My 2 fur babies came back home to us happy and probably a little worn out from the extra exercise she gave them chasing the ball in her complex's dog park. She's a wonderful dog sitter and a wonderful person. You'll not go wrong trusting her with your fur babies.
This was our second time Elvin and his family watched our pups… as soon as pulled into their neighborhood the doggies remembered and got excited! They are the best possible dog sitters around! He sent so many pictures and made sure our babies were very well taken care of and happy and loved. The dogs love their big backyard. He communicates twice a day which is very calming for us. We were very blessed to find Miguel and his wife on Rover. We’ve used a boarding place before but we felt our dog Cooper needed one on one. Cooper loved them instantly. She’s not just a caretaker; she’s a dedicated and attentive individual who ensures that your pets receive the utmost care and attention. We would give Terra a million stars if we could, but unfortunately, five stars is the maximum rating allowed. Terra’s exceptional care and attention to Smokey made a lasting impression on us.
