About: Hi! I'm Kris, a lifelong pet owner, Dog Dad to 2 anxious dogs, and cat snuggles to 2 awesome cats - so I get how hard it can be to leave them at home while life happens. After 5 years of working at an animal hospital, it's apparent that some of our fur babies thrive with extra love, attention, and a chance to let some energy out! Regular duties at the hospital included regular walking and care, but also administering prescribed medications, providing fluids, trimming nails, and other pet care needs. Since I am self employed and work from home, my average daily schedule is flexible. We can work together to arrange times that fit both of our schedules. Safety, Trust, and environment I am the primary caregiver to our 4 pets - with regular daily mile long walks, feedings, and basic medical attention.

About: I have had pets all my life. I like to travel so do not currently own a pet but would love to watch dogs or cats. I only work 3 days a week so I am looking to walk dogs or board them on days off. When I work it is 12 hr shifts so would not take animals on day I work. I currently live in condo and would walk dogs routinely during the day. A dog park is just 15 minutes away also so I could take them there also.

“Cherie has been a dog walker and in home dog sitter for us for several years. We have 2 independent (stubborn), spoiled, femaie basset hounds who can be a handful. Together they weigh about 100 lbs so can be a challenge to walk. One of the dogs has significant problems with reactive and fear aggression behavior. We trust this dog with very few people and Cherie is one of the few. Cherie's calmness is a key factor to her success with dogs. She is reliable and very thorough. She never complains about the detailed instructions I leave and has always been quick to give updates when we travel. The basset girls are always happy to see Cherie and we all miss her now that she has moved to another state.”
