I am also extremely patient with dogs and believe in positive reinforcement. I don't take dogs with aggression and dogs that are not house trained. My dog (Ollie) is very particular and a bit high maintenance, but Xiao knew exactly knew what to do since she has her own dogs and taken care of dog all her life. Xiao has 3 dogs of her own, you can tell that she treats them well and will treat your dog like her own. Something came up during my trip and I had to reschedule my pickup time, and Xiao was more than accommodating.
