We went to their house before our booking for a meet & greet with our boy Ralphie, & we knew immediately they were our new dog sitters. Their house is extremely clean & beautiful, & completely set up to accommodate our beloved fur children. They do not believe in using pet cages (as most pet sitters do) & they treat them like their own dogs. We felt so at ease knowing our boy was in the care of loving hands. They sent us messages & pictures showing us our boy relaxing on the sofa as if he were at home, & I'm sure he felt right at home as well. We had to make last-minute arrangements for our senior dog, Lola, while we were vacationing in Sanibel after discovering that our condo no longer allowed pets. Lola is highly anxious, and leaving her is always stressful for us, so finding someone we could trust was incredibly important. From the very beginning, communication was exceptional. We received daily updates and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation knowing Lola was in great hands. Not only did she take excellent care of Lola, but she also graciously allowed us to visit and take Lola for walks during the week. She made sure Lola got plenty of exercise, socialization with other dogs, and lots of love and attention. It was clear that she genuinely cared for her. The biggest testament to the care she provided came on the last day. As we drove away, Lola actually watched her new friend leave and whined for her—a reaction we've never seen before. That told us everything we needed to know about the bond they had formed. If we ever return to Sanibel, she will be our first call. Julianna and Matt were amazing dog sitters! We left our pup with them for the weekend and had an outstanding experience. She was very attentive and constantly sent picture/video updates throughout the weekend. Her dog Koda is the sweetest and was a great playmate for our pup. She and her family took wonderful care of my small dog for three days. Their home was a great environment for small/medium size dog/cat (but not ideal for large dog) and I could tell my dog was genuinely loved and well cared for. The sitter was very responsive, answered questions quickly, and sent photos and updates throughout the stay. I really appreciated the genuine care, kindness, and communication. I would definitely recommend her.
Ross is very kind and caring. He took great care of my boys and made me feel comfortable the entire time by sending photo and video updates throughout the stay. His dogs are also very loving and friendly, which made the environment even better. It made me happy knowing my boys were having a great day while I was working hard for them. Highly recommend!
Kendall was very responsive and sent lots of pictures and videos. My 2 fur babies came back home to us happy and probably a little worn out from the extra exercise she gave them chasing the ball in her complex's dog park. She's a wonderful dog sitter and a wonderful person. You'll not go wrong trusting her with your fur babies.
This was our second time Elvin and his family watched our pups… as soon as pulled into their neighborhood the doggies remembered and got excited! They are the best possible dog sitters around! He sent so many pictures and made sure our babies were very well taken care of and happy and loved. The dogs love their big backyard. He communicates twice a day which is very calming for us. We were very blessed to find Miguel and his wife on Rover. We’ve used a boarding place before but we felt our dog Cooper needed one on one. Cooper loved them instantly.
