“XIAO IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. She is super kind and flexible. My dog (Ollie) is very particular and a bit high maintenance, but Xiao knew exactly knew what to do since she has her own dogs and taken care of dog all her life. Xiao has 3 dogs of her own, you can tell that she treats them well and will treat your dog like her own. Something came up during my trip and I had to reschedule my pickup time, and Xiao was more than accommodating. Eric was amazing! He opened up his home to Oscar and he immediately became part of his family. Drew was amazing with Sloane! He has such a great sense of humor — he even told us she was out in the backyard doing her little “zoomies” because she was so happy. That cracked us up and honestly told me everything I needed to know about how much she liked him. He treated her like family, even letting her sleep with him, which made her feel right at home. We came back to a relaxed, happy girl. Highly recommend Drew — Sloane will definitely be visiting him again!
