“Jocelyn is the best sitter we’ve found! She was communicative, timely and excellent with our 2 dogs. Both are under 2 yrs old so they can be a lot of energy and she took the time to not only give them their break and food but let them run and play in the yard. And her pictures were too cute! She unlocked and locked up and left Bluey on the TV for them! I would trust her back anytime with our dogs.”

About: I love all animals! But especially dogs! I used to foster and rescue when I lived in Las Vegas, otherwise i’ve had dogs and watched dogs for 30 years, they are my absolute favorite! I specialize with senior dogs, puppies, high energy, whatever it may be!! All animals should be living their best life and be in the best home! They deserve all the love!! I take a lot of pics and videos when I watch them! :) A lot of walks, sniffs, cuddles, toys, bones, and lots of couches and chairs and beds!! I also do home and pet watch in Miromar Lakes and Stoneybrook in Estero. Would love to watch your family member if you are away, you can’t enjoy your vacation unless you know your pet is in good hands!! I’m at home right now all the time studying and doing side jobs so whenever works! I’m available 24/7 days a week right now. I live in a dog friendly neighborhood in Stoneybrook in Estero, screened in lanai, lots of couches and chairs and dog beds all around! Big box of dog toys and bones to chew :)
About: I have had lots of dogs and cats. I recently lost my best friend Max. He was a Shih 5 Tzu I found him on the street and adopted him. He suffered a stroke in Jan. He was 15. I am retired so I can give lots of time to caring for your dog or cat. I enjoy the company of your dog or cat. I have a small fenced in yard. Your dog will be safe in my yard. It is quite pleasant there and weather permitting of course.
About: As a beginner, I bring a lot of enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine love for animals. While I’m just starting out professionally, I’ve spent plenty of time caring for pets of friends and family, including feeding, walking, playing, and giving lots of attention. Putting the pet’s comfort and safety first is always top priority. I may be new, but I’m dedicated, responsible, and excited to provide the best care possible for your furry family members. Taking care of pets fits really well into my routine! Right now, I work at The Cheesecake Factory, where I usually have 4-hour shifts about five days a week, so I have plenty of flexibility throughout the day. I also volunteer at the hospital every Tuesday from 4:00–8:00 p.m. My college classes don't start until late August, and even then I'll only have class on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Overall, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets the attention, care, and love they deserve! I provide a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment where your pet will feel right at home. My living space is calm, tidy, and well-suited for both play and relaxation. There’s a park just a short walk away, perfect for regular walks and outdoor time for dogs. For cats, I create a quiet, cozy space where they can feel comfortable, explore safely, and enjoy plenty of affection (or alone time, if they prefer). Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or at a client’s home, I always prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine.
“We feel very fortunate to have found Sandy. She is very easy to communicate with. She took great care of our cat, taking the time to play with her and send pictures. Thank you, Sandy!”

“Maria went above and beyond. It is always hard to have someone you don’t know care for your fur baby but meeting her put me at ease. She took great care of Jackson. She even rinsed his bowl. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely look to book her again if needed.”
About: What sets me apart is how quickly I build trust and comfort with animals. I take the time to understand each dog’s individual needs — whether that’s burning energy with structured play, working on positive-reinforcement training, or providing calm, steady care for older pups. I focus on creating a stress-free experience for both pets and owners with dependable communication and thoughtful updates. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because it has always been a big part of my life. I’m retired from CCPS, and I’ve had dogs of all kinds for as long as I can remember. I’ve been pet sitting and dog walking since my early 20s, and now that I’m retired, I finally get to enjoy doing it full-time. My days are flexible, and caring for pets is something I truly love — not something I squeeze in. I tailor my care to what each client and pet needs. I can do drop-in visits at your home for walks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins. If you prefer boarding, I can welcome your pet into my home where they’ll have a safe, relaxed space and plenty of attention. My goal is to provide whatever style of care works best for your pet’s routine and comfort.

About: I have always grown up caring for dogs and have a genuine love for animals. I also have 2 years of pet-sitting experience caring for dogs while their owners are away. I am comfortable feeding, playing with, walking, and providing lots of attention and care to pets. I love being active and enjoy taking dogs on walks to make sure they get plenty of exercise and enrichment. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to keep them happy, safe, and comfortable. 🐶💕 As a college student with a flexible schedule, I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. I am available for drop-in visits, dog walking, and pet sitting throughout the week and on weekends. I understand the importance of maintaining a pet’s routine and will make sure they receive consistent care, exercise, attention, and companionship while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and household routines. I am attentive to each pet’s individual needs and will provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind. Whether caring for pets in your home or during walks, I strive to create a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where they feel comfortable and well cared for.
About: Experienced in dog care with many years of hands-on experience, including feeding, walking, and overnight supervision. I am flexible with scheduling and happy to work with clients to accommodate last minute hirings. As a full-time student, I have a flexible schedule outside of class, allowing me to provide reliable dog-sitting whenever it’s needed. I’m happy to work with clients to accommodate last-minute changes or special requests, and I love building trusting relationships with every dog in my care. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, including feeding, regular walks, playtime, and overnight supervision. I make sure each pet feels loved and secure, keeping to their usual routines as closely as possible.
“Mary helped us on short notice. She treated Luke great and handled everything like a professional. She followed our directions without any fuss and made things easy. We appreciated her help and plan to book her again if available.”

I’m comfortable giving medications, monitoring for changes in behavior, and making sure pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m available mornings and evenings, and I can also leave work during the afternoon for drop-in visits or walks when needed. Whether your pet needs feeding, fresh water, playtime, a walk, medication, boarding, or just some companionship while you’re away, I’m happy to help. I enjoy spending time with animals and will make sure your pet feels loved, comfortable, and well cared for during every visit. In my home, I provide a safe, loving, and enriching environment for pets. My two cats have plenty of toys, climbing spaces, cozy places to nap, and lots of attention and cuddle time. I clean litter boxes twice a day and deep-clean them weekly to keep everything fresh and healthy. My cats also receive daily supplements and special treats a few times each week. When caring for dogs, I enjoy taking them on walks, playing outside, giving treats (with owner approval), and making sure they get plenty of affection and companionship. I’m also comfortable feeding pets, administering medications, and following any special care instructions to keep your pet’s routine consistent. Please note that my yard is currently not fenced, so all outdoor time is supervised and dogs are kept on a leash for their safety.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Estero
Lily was awesome. She visited with my 35 lb dog, Cooper three times a day (feed, water, and 30 minute walk) and gave him a ‘report card’, detailing pee, poop, walk details and other important information. I was pleased by her devotion to making him comfortable.
Catherine is a true GEM! She is highly intelligent, caring and loves dogs 🐾 She was extremely accommodating to us and took excellent care of our two mini Aussies. Came on time, and not only walked them but stayed and played with them too by our pool. They love her. We will be using her for sure in the future!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
