About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I currently own a cat, dog, and bunny, and caring for them every day has given me a strong understanding of different needs and temperaments. For the past 5 years, I’ve also helped families in my neighborhood with dog sitting — everything from quick check-ins to longer stays. I treat every pet like my own and make sure they get plenty of attention, affection, and playtime. I work part‑time and can make my own schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care. I’m available for daily walks, multiple walks a day, drop‑ins, or even overnight stays depending on your pet’s needs. I prioritize safety, structure, and comfort in every home I visit. I have experience walking small, medium, and large dogs, as well as crating, feeding, and maintaining their normal routines. I’m attentive to each pet’s personality and make sure they feel secure and cared for while you’re away.
About: I have owned dogs most my life and even owned a variety of other animals like fish, bunnies, and guinea pigs. I also currently have 2 dogs of my own and have also done dog training with dogs I've owned in the past. Im friendly with a great work ethic and even have some training and knowledge with a variety of household pets. I am able to care for others fur babies while my 3 children are in school from the hours of 8-2. I can also be pretty flexible. I have some dog training knowledge, as well as a decent amount of knowledge on a variety of animals, and im also bilingual speaking English and Spanish.
“Natasha and Gaspare were excellent! Offered to take my trash out to curb and bring in my mail when my flight plans changed. All the pet’s dishes were washed. Everything left in order. A definite rehire!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of any kind since i was around 13. I love them unconditionally, they bring happiness to everyone. I have my own dogs, bigger breeds, and occasionally dogsit for my sister when she’s out of town! this is my full time! so i have plenty of time to make it everywhere i need to be! i make this my top priority day in and day out! my dogs are free roam in the house, trained and well behaved. my cat is also free roam and is well behaved, and likes almost everyone! if your animals are crate trained, that’s fine! your house your rules! i always stick to what the owners prefer, like, etc. for their animal. i never go the route of sticking to my own rules, it’s not my animal, the owner knows best!
“Megan was great! She was very attentive to my dog and sent lots of pics during her visit. She made sure he was well taken care of while we were away and always made sure he was safe.”

“Jennifer was amazing with my 15 1/2 year old cat that has GI lymphoma. I was super nervous to leave her for two weeks as she’s on many medications and supplements with chemotherapy. However, Jennifer was confident that she could give my Boo her medications and she did! She took great care of my high maintenance kitty and she alerted me as soon as she noticed some blood in my kitty’s vomit and took her to the emergency vet for me. Jennifer was very caring and patient with Boo and we will definitely be using her again!”

“Kate-Lynn is responsive and responsible, Lala loved being with her. She was willing to meet with Lala and I before our booking to make sure we were both comfortable. Definitely hope to be able to book again. Thank you Kate-Lynn!”

Once again we had Derek take care of our dogs. He did numerous drop in visits for several days. He was great with the dogs the communication was excellent. Feeding the dogs went great. He even took out my garbage to the curb on pickup day. We highly recommend Derek to take care of anyone’s pets.

Jena was fantastic with our girls, and so understanding of their needs! She is fantastic at communication back and forth as well as working with us and our schedule around her own. She gave us so much peace of mind knowing how good of hands our girls were in. Can't wait to book with Jena again! - Kourtney

Jennifer did an amazing job. I am so grateful to her for taking such good care of my dogs while I had to travel. She was on time, and spent time walking with the dogs and playing with them, not just the "basics". I highly recommend her and hope she'll be available the next time I need help with pet care for my dogs. : )

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
