“Victoria always exceeds our expectations and our animals love her. It has been so nice to be able to travel and know my animals are taken care of. She also is a pro at communication which again, eases my nerves as a pet parent.”

“Lea did an amazing job dropping in at our apartment to tend to our cat, Michienzo. She was incredibly accommodating, and followed specific instructions perfectly. Will definitely book with Lea again!”

“Wonderful caregiver to our two senior kitties! Xintong was so easy to work with and made sure she fully understood all our instructions. She sent lots of pics after each visit and kept everything so tidy. Most importantly, we could see from the pics that our cats loved her! Highly recommended.”

“Megan is awesome!! I needed someone last minute and she quickly responded and was happy to help! She stayed with my pup while he ate as he doesn’t like to eat alone and walked him again to be sure he went to the bathroom. Highly recommend!”

“Maria went above and beyond. It is always hard to have someone you don’t know care for your fur baby but meeting her put me at ease. She took great care of Jackson. She even rinsed his bowl. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely look to book her again if needed.”
“If my dogs could write this review, it would be all tail wags and 5 stars!! We feel so lucky to have found Beth! She is dependable, on time, and wonderful. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my boys are with someone I trust and who cares about them! If there’s a 6 star I could give her, I would.”

About: ive worked in doggy daycare, have been taking care of dogs since i was 8 (my own dogs and neighbors dogs). i also foster dogs and cats a decent amount here and there as well! i work part time at a coffee shop until usually around 3 pm. im also doing classes at FGCU. So I’d definitely have much more time this off season! I live in a college dorm, so i most likely wont be able to bring your pets to the dorms for me to take care of, sadly :(

About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats and even reptiles since I was 9 years old. I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and had my own pitbull as an adult. I have cared for dogs in every stage of their life from puppy to senior with extra needs being met. I have helped care for a house of 7 cats while living with a roommate as well. I have done several pet sitting jobs not acquired using an online service and have stayed in their homes to do so. I am extremely confident that you will love having me as a sitter and rehire me! Let me love on your fur babies. I’m currently unemployed and working on my dental hygiene license so I have plenty of time to care for your pets. As of right now, any days or times will work perfect for me. I cannot bring pets into my home but I would be more than happy to care for them in the comfort of their home or simply make visits.
“Toni was excellent! We had an overnight in Sarasota and she came in three times to feed and walk our dogs. She sent so many videos and photos during her visits. Our dogs loved her! I highly recommend her.”

“Eva is amazing. She does such a great job with Skip and Pepper. I know when I’m out of town they are in great hands. Eva pays attention to every detail making sure the boxes are clean, the food and water bowls are full, and the kitties are happy and get some love while we are out of town.”

I previously worked as a vet tech assistant at an emergency vet and also as a barn-hand at a horse farm! I have also worked as an animal care coordinator at the Humane Society of Chittenden County and continue to volunteer there. I have had many pets of my own including dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. I even have experience with reptiles and amphibians from volunteering at the ECHO center as an animal care volunteer! My services: I offer pet sitting, dog walking, and transportation services. I am not currently accepting boarding at this time! I have experience working with reactive animals (dog reactive, stranger danger, etc.) from my work in animal shelters and feel comfortable handling animals with these behaviors. I also have plenty experience with animals with medical needs from working in the veterinary field. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or are seeking referrals :). I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your lovely pet! I am fully committed to ensuring the safety and care of any pet in either my home or a client's home. About: I have nothing but absolute love and respect for all dogs. Ever since I was 17 years old, I raised my first puppy from 4 weeks old to 16 years. I have experience in all ages and a special place in my heart for the seniors. I currently have a very active 8 year old German Sheppard mix and a 9 year old super spoiled cat. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new furry friends and helping to care for family and friends pets while they are away. Let me help you care for you pet and shower them with love and attention while you are away! I currently work full time Monday-Friday 8:30-5 but I am available most evenings after 5 and weekends to play with, walk, feed, and love on your pups! I will treat your pet and home with respect and full care as if they were my own. I take pride in the love I have for all animals and thoroughly enjoy just being in their presence. As for my home, I also have a fenced yard and wonderful neighborhood for walks.
About: I have had pets of all types since the day I was born. I could not image a life without a furry best friend and loving companion. I have pet sat for a multitude of friends and family with varying sizes of dogs and cats with all sorts of specific conditions and needs. I strive to give my clients the absolute best care when it comes to their pets because I know they aren't just pets but family. As a full-time online college student I have an extremely flexible schedule with hours that aren't fixed. I thankfully have the ability to make my own schedule, without worrying about school commitment restrictions. I am extremely dedicated to providing a wide array of care to a wide variety of pets. Growing up with cats and dogs and currently owning my own cat I have personal hands on experience with how to handle and care for them. I possess a lot of knowledge from the food they eat, to their body language that only someone who has personal experience would be able to know. I also am fortunate enough to have grown up with a veterinarian for a grandfather so I spent a lot of my childhood watching him at his veterinary practice and even helping w/ examinations, medications, and very minimally invasive surgeries!
About: I have cared for several animals growing up. Dogs and cats were primarily overnights. I have experience with training dogs, everywhere from puppies to older dogs. I have trained dogs to do basic commands such as sit, stay, lay down, stop, roll over, paw, shake, and more. I enjoy playing fetch and living an active lifestyle which translates to how I care for animals. I believe they should have an active life as well. I would enjoy taking the dogs for long walks or having playtime at the beach. I can offer a light grooming service after so there isn’t sand carried through their fur. I can also provide some training for puppies if desired. I love all breeds and hope to have a dog of my own one day.
“Liz was awesome with my 2 cats! One of them got sick the night before my trip and she adjusted our visits to give my cat her medicine. She played with them every day and made sure to send pictures. Liz really has a way with animals. I will definitely be using her services again!”
“Aracely did a fabulous job with my cat Zach, while I was out of town. He was well taken care of, and I appreciated all the photos and updates! I will definitely book her again - thank you for putting me at ease while I was away!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Bonita Springs
Morgan was fantastic! She took great care of our dogs, Ella and Blossom, and our cat, Shadow, on very short notice. She kept us updated throughout the stay, and it was clear they were all well cared for and comfortable. We really appreciated her reliability and would absolutely book with her again.

Thanks Hailey for caring for our cat while we were overseas! This was our first time using Rover. The site was easy and when we selected Hailey, she was very communicative right away. She came to our place to meet us and our cat so we could all be comfortable with each other (as well as view our instructions together). Everything went smoothly from the first visit on and we get appropriate updates on our cat and anything we needed to know about while we were traveling. We definitely will use Hailey again when we have a need and we highly recommend her for your pet needs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sabrina was an incredible sitter for my cat, Monkey! She watched with her for several days and truly went above and beyond to make sure she was happy, comfortable, and well-cared for. Monkey can be a little aloof at first, but she warmed up to Sabrina right away — which says everything! I could tell she was getting tons of love, playtime, and attention. I received daily updates and photos, which kept me completely at ease while I was away. Every message showed how attentive and thoughtful Sabrina was — from making sure Monkey got her favorite toys and cozy spots, to spending real quality time with her. It felt like Monkey had her own vacation while I was on mine! 😹 Sabrina is friendly, responsible, communicative, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. I felt 100% confident and relaxed knowing she was watching over Monkey. I couldn’t ask for a better sitter and will absolutely be booking her again. If you’re looking for someone who treats your pet like their own, Sabrina is the one. Highly recommend! 🐾♥️

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
