When I met her and her pups, it truly felt like a house full of fun and love. We did a meet and greet beforehand, and she explained scheduling and routines. She even offered daycare prior to the boarding so my little guy could get familiar, which I really appreciated. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my dog and his routine. I mentioned that my baby usually sleeps with me, and she was more than willing to let him sleep in her room—something that meant a lot to me. During the stay, Roxsand kept me updated with plenty of messages and photos, and she was always responsive and reassuring whenever I had my little anxious questions, or comments, hehehe. It was also comforting knowing my pup had her adorable dogs and family members to play with and keep him company. I’m so grateful for the care she provided and would absolutely book with Roxsand again.”

Very reliable. Melonie did outstanding in caring for Fitz. She made sure i see pictures daily. She became a 2nd Mom to Fitz; no adjustment needed when we dropped him off and he was happy and content when we picked him up. He’s normally anxious in change of environment but he really felt a home with Melonie and her household. No issues at all in our previous and current visits.
Kenneth and his wife were truly amazing! They welcomed my Teddie with open arms and full of love. They cared for her as if she was their dog. They spoiled and catered to her. They sent photos and videos throughout her stay with them. Teddie was with them overnight and we could tell when we picked her up that she loved her time with them. I strongly recommend Kenneth for dog daycare and/or boarding. Top notch dog care!!!
