When we got to the house, Hugo jauntily walked right up to the right place, stopped to pee on a bush, and cruised right on in like he owned the place. I've never seen him so immediately at home in a strange house. He briefly greeted Bob and then explored. It was amazing. Brian has a very laid-back, positive vibe that transmits to people and to dogs. He is also very good at judging personalities and knowing how much affection and attention a dog is going to need. I hope he always has room for Hugo whenever we travel to DC!”

Ours are big dogs and they are super good natured, but they can be a handful and Melissa did not skip a beat with them and offered up her whole house as their own. They loved her and she even took care of one of them who ended up needing special attention because of a hotspot he had developed. Prompt, personable and informative. Jotrice demonstrates great care and experience working with large dogs. She sent picture and videos of the fur babies in her care and my Kali loved being apart of the pack. She thoughtfully ask about my old girl’s pressure spots to make sure she was comfortable. At pick-up Kali couldn’t decided if she wanted to stay or go home! That’s a great sign! I would recommend and would definitely use again should the need arise.
Cindy was great. She is kind and provided great communication during our dog taz’s stay. She sent daily pictures and updates. When picking up Taz he seemed like he was comfortable and did not want to leave. I would highly recommend Cindy. I plan to use her again in the future.
Brieana and her family were absolutely amazing! We had a last minute cancellation with the person who typically watches Vito and she responded immediately and set up a meet greet. We could sense the comfort Vito felt with the family the second he walked in so we already had an overwhelming feeling of calm going into our weekend. When picking him up he was so happy but also super relaxed and it was clear he had a great stay with them. I couldn’t suggest Brieana enough. She will be at the top of our list for Vito I’m pretty sure he’s found a new best friend 😊.
