That trip ended up not happening, so this was actually our first time using her services. The original meet-up went so well. My dog Sky isn't very socialized and tends to be anxious around new people and places, so how quickly she took to Melonie was a great sign. This was also the first time we'd left Sky with anyone outside of family, so that mattered a lot to us. Since some time had passed, Melonie graciously offered to do another meet and greet before this booking. Sky warmed up to her right away again. This time I brought my daughter along, and she felt just as confident in Melonie as I did. We both knew Sky was in good hands. Melonie has such a calm, pleasant presence, and it clearly puts Sky at ease. She sent us daily updates with pictures throughout the stay, and Sky looked happy and relaxed in every one. Jade is very warm and inviting. We agreed on a 2 hr. meet and greet visit for our pet to be with her, given her separation anxiety and not being with her regular sitter. Jade reported our pet whining for the first hour being with her. When I asked Jade if she would be open to a future visit in hopes of my pet becoming lass anxious. She was immediate in saying yes.
Cristian was an absolute gem!! He accepted my last minute booking for Chase and Lala, and I’m so grateful he did. He loved on my Chase and Lala so much and I could tell as soon as I picked them up and from the pictures. Thank you so much for keeping and loving on my Chase and Lala
Again India was super great. India kept communicating during Kuhlua’s stay and sent pictures. India made sure Kahlua was comfortable and even though I’m going through a move that has her stressed India made sure she ate and updated me a little after midnight and that shows she really cares. I will never use another sitter as long as India and her sons are around because she is the only sitter my baby has been this comfortable with and she loves India’s spunky baby Prince. I want to thank India for all the great care and we will see you again in less than 2 weeks.
Melissa was simply an exceptional Dog Sitter! She took care of our three big dogs in such a sweet personal way as if they were her own children! Ours are big dogs and they are super good natured, but they can be a handful and Melissa did not skip a beat with them and offered up her whole house as their own. They loved her and she even took care of one of them who ended up needing special attention because of a hotspot he had developed. Melissa was on it, caring for him and making sure it did not get worse before we arrived. We absolutely give her the highest recommendation possible! Thank you, Melissa!
