“Rover Review My wife and I booked sitter services with Brian for our 3 year old Sheepadoodle, Cheyenne. As Rover newbies, we weren’t really sure what to expect and my wife was a little anxious about leaving our baby. Brian and Carly were extremely accommodating and agreed to have a meet and greet prior to Cheyenne’s stay—what an awesome couple! They welcomed Cheyenne into their home with open arms and that instantly put our minds at ease. We also had the pleasure of meeting their little boy Doc and his friend (name withheld for privacy), for which Cheyenne became fast friends. Several times a day, we received text updates on how Cheyenne was doing to include pics which we really appreciated. On pick-up day, Cheyenne was excited to see us as always but about an hour after being at home I could tell that she really enjoyed her stay because she got a little sad. That was quickly cured with a cup of Ben & Jerry’s Doggie, LOL! I honestly can’t say enough about the care and attention Cheyenne received during her stay. Moving forward, whenever we need a sitter and there’s availability, Cheyenne will be with Brian, Carly and Doc.”

Our dog doesn’t like to be around aggressive dogs, so I was relieved and appreciated when Cynthia required a meet and greet to ensure our dog and hers, Crisco, who is also submissive got along well. This gave me peace of mind to know that other dogs staying with Cynthia during our dog’s stay would be friendly and not aggressive. Cynthia was very good about communicating during the stay both times, with photo updates. She was also very good about responding to texts or questions. When we dropped off our dog for her second stay, she wagged her tail happily and ran right inside, a very good sign. We will use Cynthia again when we need dog care!”

During our meet-and-greet, she took the time to understand Jackson's routine, medications, and any specific needs he might have. Throughout my trip, Jannelle provided me with regular updates and pictures. These detailed reports included information on Jackson's walks, meals, playtime, and overall mood. It was such a relief to see pictures of Jackson happy and relaxed, and the detailed reports gave me peace of mind knowing he was getting the care he deserved. When I returned home, Jackson was in great spirits! It was clear he had been well-loved and looked after. Jannelle even took extra time and attention to treat a recently inflamed skin tag while I was away.
