She asked for permission, which I gave, to bathe them, they were most likely smelly due to the weather. Can I tell you when we picked them up they were so silky, shiney and soft! When I met her and her pups, it truly felt like a house full of fun and love. We did a meet and greet beforehand, and she explained scheduling and routines. She even offered daycare prior to the boarding so my little guy could get familiar, which I really appreciated. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my dog and his routine. I mentioned that my baby usually sleeps with me, and she was more than willing to let him sleep in her room—something that meant a lot to me. During the stay, Roxsand kept me updated with plenty of messages and photos, and she was always responsive and reassuring whenever I had my little anxious questions, or comments, hehehe. It was also comforting knowing my pup had her adorable dogs and family members to play with and keep him company. He ended up needing surgery and when the vet offered the option of letting him go home or keeping him at the vet as he recovered Lauren let us know that she was comfortable and capable of taking care of him afterwards (saving me thousands of dollars). When he showed complications after surgery she took him once again to get him help. Even the vet was impressed with how well he was being cared for. Lauren was literally a life savor. Kimberly took wonderful care of our 2 dogs while we were out of town. My family and I greatly appreciated (and looked forward to receiving) all of the picture and video updates each day! Saniyya is so amazing and understanding. While she was boarding my dog Scooby we encountered some issues with our rental car. I reached out to her and she was more than accommodating. Kenneth and his wife were truly amazing! They welcomed my Teddie with open arms and full of love. They cared for her as if she was their dog. They spoiled and catered to her. They sent photos and videos throughout her stay with them. Teddie was with them overnight and we could tell when we picked her up that she loved her time with them.
