“Kim cared for my pup as her own. She was very attentive to him and cared about his feelings. This was my pup’s first time with Kim so he was a little nervous. She cared for his every need and made sure he felt loved and comfortable in her care. Kim made sure that my pup had plenty of fresh air and had lots of attention, attention to the point where she slept near him so he would not feel lonesome. “Roxsand was wonderful from start to finish! She accepted my request for weekend boarding and immediately made me feel comfortable. When I met her and her pups, it truly felt like a house full of fun and love. We did a meet and greet beforehand, and she explained scheduling and routines. She even offered daycare prior to the boarding so my little guy could get familiar, which I really appreciated. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my dog and his routine. I mentioned that my baby usually sleeps with me, and she was more than willing to let him sleep in her room—something that meant a lot to me. During the stay, Roxsand kept me updated with plenty of messages and photos, and she was always responsive and reassuring whenever I had my little anxious questions, or comments, hehehe. It was also comforting knowing my pup had her adorable dogs and family members to play with and keep him company. Brian was also very flexible with the drop off and pick up time even after I changed my drop off and pick up time at the last minute. “WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”

Sereniti was great! She provided updates throughout my dog’s stay with her, and even took care when my dog became sick and had digestive issues. She even went out of her way to allow us to pick my dog up late at night to be able to bring her home. Thank you so much!

Saniyya is so amazing and understanding. While she was boarding my dog Scooby we encountered some issues with our rental car. I reached out to her and she was more than accommodating. I can't say enough about how professional and thoughtful she was during our time of dismay since we were out of state for a funeral. Kenneth and his wife were truly amazing! They welcomed my Teddie with open arms and full of love. They cared for her as if she was their dog. They spoiled and catered to her. They sent photos and videos throughout her stay with them. Teddie was with them overnight and we could tell when we picked her up that she loved her time with them.
