“I truly enjoyed my experience with Gio and Vanessa. They scheduled a meet-and-greet before the actual dog-sitting weekend, and from the very first meeting everything was straightforward and well organized. We went on a walk with Zuko, and Gio walked me through the steps that he and Vanessa take during the stay. Everything was very thorough, and I didn't feel rushed I was able to ask all my questions comfortably. Drop-off for the weekend was super easy. Zuko was already familiar with Gio, and I brought along all the things that help him feel comfortable and at home. I really appreciated that right after drop-off, Gio took Zuko on a walk around the neighborhood to help him get familiar with the surroundings and reduce anxiety. I thought that was a great strategy, and it definitely helped Zuko ease into his stay. Throughout the weekend, they kept me updated with pictures and progress updates, which I really appreciated. I had mentioned that Zuko is usually very calm during the day, and based on the updates and how pickup went, everything matched perfectly. Pickup was just as easy. I pulled up, Zuko happily jumped into the car, and he was clearly comfortable and happy with Gio as well. Overall, this was a very easy and positive experience. I appreciate them accommodating a last-minute booking. Thank you both!”

When I met her and her pups, it truly felt like a house full of fun and love. We did a meet and greet beforehand, and she explained scheduling and routines. She even offered daycare prior to the boarding so my little guy could get familiar, which I really appreciated. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my dog and his routine. I mentioned that my baby usually sleeps with me, and she was more than willing to let him sleep in her room—something that meant a lot to me. During the stay, Roxsand kept me updated with plenty of messages and photos, and she was always responsive and reassuring whenever I had my little anxious questions, or comments, hehehe. It was also comforting knowing my pup had her adorable dogs and family members to play with and keep him company. Whether it’s puppy care, senior care, medication, or simply providing love and companionship, I treat every pet like my own. I’m currently working full time so my schedule only allows me to pet sit Friday-Sunday and also holidays. Why not do what I love even when I’m off? I have a fenced in yard and 2 pet friendly dogs myself. I also have an open area for the dogs to feel comfortable when in doors.
