“Donna was very accommodating. I initially had to change my booking and then I had the wrong time entered in for drop off. She did her very best and took them earlier than planned to help us make our flight. My Lab had also recently had surgery between the time I booked and dropped off which then required him to take medication and to be watched extra since he really doesn’t like the bandage and hates the cone. She cared for his every need and made sure he felt loved and comfortable in her care.
