About: I've been in veterinary medicine for 12 years. I am comfortable around all pets, no matter the breed or personality. I have two giant breed diggitys and I understand how hard it is to find safe care for your fur babies. We live in a noise free environment , zero cars, zero sirens etc. I am fear free certified and can handle nervous nellies and their needs very well. I'm currently working remotely and homeschool. The house is full of good energy. Since we have children and other pets/animals we are up as early as 5am in the morning and last walks are around 8p. If it is a weekend and we are staying up later in the night than walks could be as late as 10pm. It does depend on the pet also. My dogs are pet friendly however because of their size some other dogs don't take to them. My personal dogs have their own room and crate. We have multiple free spaces for up to 10 dogs small and or 5 dogs small/medium large. We live on 73 acres with 4 hiking trails. The dogs and ducks definitely get their exercise. If you have a senior pet or a pet that does better away from children or other pets, we can accommodate that as well. I am currently working remotely with some days in clinic. Between myself and my nephew someone is always home. We also homeschool so the house is always active. We have tons of space so if your pet doesn't do well with "active" we can accommodate that as well. With all the land and space we can easily go on 4-5 mile scenic walks. We can also let dogs who have name recall roam free (supervised). We live on 73 acres, very secluded. Our noise level is zero. There aren't cars driving by, sirens etc. We have a few hiking trails that have been cleared. We also have a room specific for dog sitting in our home. We can make it feel like home or have the approach of a normal boarder. We do ask that all pets are at minimum rabies vaccinated. This is the only vaccine legally required in the state of Maryland. We also ask that for boarding , you provide a favorite toy and t-shirt to help minimize anxiety and stress. We have calming plug ins in certain areas of the house to help decrease anxiety as well.

About: I have had my baby Dakota for 6 years, ever since she was a pup! I have seen all stages and loved her through them all. I would love to provide that same love to your baby when you are not around! After having Dakota, I definitely understand the term “a dog is a man’s best friend”. She has loved me through so many stages of life and helped me overcome a lot. I cherish her presence and company like no other. I would love to care for your baby as if they were my own while you are in need of time away. I work a 9-5. I will care for your pet in the morning before I leave and as soon as I return home. Then take them to the park to have a fun time and socialize. I live in a single family home. I will ensure your baby is cared for and receiving their exercise. For example, walks, activities outside, or even allowing them to frolic outside.

Morgan's expertise and care made it possible for my girl to stay in her comfort zone, and for me to be with family without severe anxiety. He clearly understood cat psychology and Cleo adored him for it (I'm a little shocked because she does not typically warm up to people that quickly at all!). About: Hi, I’m Rubi. If you book with us, both my wife Martha and I will be taking care of your pet. We truly love animals, not just as pets, but as family. Before accepting a new booking, we like to do a meet and greet. This helps make sure your pet feels comfortable with us and also gets along well with our two dogs. It’s important to us that everyone feels safe, calm, and at ease from the beginning. We know how it feels to leave your dog with someone else, because we would only trust people who care for them the same way we do. That’s exactly how we care for every pet that stays with us, like they are our own. We have two dogs at home, Oddie, our 5-year-old Cavapoo, and Toffy, our 15-year-old Bichon Frise and Maltese mix. They’ve taught us patience, attention, and how every dog has their own personality and needs. Your pet will be in a calm, loving home where they are allowed on the couch, can relax, play, and just feel comfortable. We go on walks, spend time with them, and make sure they are never just being watched, they are being truly cared for. I work mornings, and Martha works from home full time, so there is always someone present. Your pet will not be left alone or ignore. We believe in letting dogs be themselves. Every pet adjusts differently to a new environment, and we understand that it can sometimes be a little stressful at first. That’s why we ask about their routines, habits, and preferences, so we can keep things as familiar as possible and reduce that initial stress. Our goal is to make the transition gentle and help them feel safe, understood, and at home. We’ll also send updates and photos, because we know how important that is when you’re away. At the end of the day, we treat your pet the way we would want someone to treat ours, with love, patience, and real attention. I work in the morning at the moment, but Martha works from home full time so she will be available at all times if I am not around. We make sure to understand your pet's routines and habits, as well as any special needs they may have, such as medication or dietary restrictions, and provide plenty of toys and beds for the pets to use.

About: I will follow your pup's usual schedule for walks, meals, and bedtime snuggles to make their stay feel just like home. I have a little experience with training my own puppy. I work shifts so I'm off certain days of the week and get every other Friday-Sunday off. My schedule is very predictable and I keep a consistent routine with my fur baby. I also have family members living with me that likes to help out with pet care. Fenced yard is currently underway so once that's established, the fur babies can run around freely! I have a mini poodle mix to keep company and she's very friendly towards other dogs and people.
