“As a first time Rover client, my husband and I were very hesitant to leave our big boy with "anybody" not knowing if they would treat him like we do...like family! Well, *insert* Gio and Vanessa! They are not just "anybody" they are EVERYTHING!!!! From scheduling a meet up to dropping Zulu off, this whole experience with Rover, in particular, Gio and Vanessa, was so so amazing. Gio is who my husband and I met first, and we instantly clicked. He is warm, inviting, professional, and his love for animals is very apparent. We bought our little Big guy with us and even he fell asleep, peacefully, as we spoke about our likes and dislikes and how we parent Zulu. Gio was very upfront about how their system runs at their house, and because I'm a planner who also loves structure, so listening to Gio talk about how the drop off, daily videos, feedings, walks, interactions, and pickup would happen was like music to my ears. After our first meet up, we made sure to set the family up for success with Zulu and just like Gio said, things were so super smooth. He stuck to his word and shared daily videos and we chatted through Whats App when needed. He and his family showed Zulu kindness and love and we will NEVER forget that. For our first experience with leaving our furbaby in the care of who started out as a stranger, only to end this whole experience feeling like we left our guy with a home filled with love, we have to admit Gio and Vanessa are EXACTLY who you would want to care for your furbaby...no matter the size. He ended up needing surgery and when the vet offered the option of letting him go home or keeping him at the vet as he recovered Lauren let us know that she was comfortable and capable of taking care of him afterwards (saving me thousands of dollars). When he showed complications after surgery she took him once again to get him help. Even the vet was impressed with how well he was being cared for. Lauren was literally a life savor. He clearly was settled in super quick with them. Also, we got some of the best action photos I’ve seen of him out back playing throughout the stay. Lego has some ear issues causing them to bleed in the winter some - they were very communicative and quickly bandaged him up and comforted him when it ended up happening during his stay. I’m not 100% sure he wanted to leave when it was time to go home. Would absolutely book again.”

This was also the first time we'd left Sky with anyone outside of family, so that mattered a lot to us. Willar has dietary restrictions and some quirks, and Jen was attentive, followed all the instructions for Willar's routine, and she asked very thoughtful questions. About: I had two dogs growing up (Snowball and Mocha) and in recent years, have dog sat for friends, friends, and for Rover clients. It's rewarding and super fun for me! I enjoy the long walks in my neighborhood (I live in an awesome neighborhood for that) and lots of cuddles/belly rubs with the dogs I am sitting! I work from home most of the week and have plenty of time during the day for neighborhood strolls/walks with my rover pups. I love going for walks to take a break so would take the dog out at least 3 or 4 times a day with me. My husband and I live in a 2 bedroom/2 floor condo with a balcony. The dog would have access to the first floor. We have hard wood floors, a ton of really great light and are on the 3rd floor. There are no elevators in this building. We have a ton of neighbors who have dogs, an elementary school near by with a nice track/green space, and lots of side walk space for walks.

About: I've had multiple pets throughout my life so far and I loved every single one. I have experience with not just dogs but with other pets like cats, turtles, fish, and birds. As of late I have been expanding my knowledge in caring for pets with medical issues or disabilities. Also I have started grooming for dogs and it has been fun if anything. I am a reliable and an active person that will care for your pets as my own . I am observant and always reading the room so you can trust me to watch over your pet. I have 6 years of experience when it comes to caring for different kinds of pets. Walking dogs, house sitting, watching cats, drop ins and cleaning pets. If you have a set of rules and restrictions I will respect and abide by those rules. Feel free to contact me anytime you need me to watch, walk or play with your dog(s). I'm energetic and athletic so you won’t have to worry about me keeping up with your pets. My priority is to ensure your pet’s safety and reassure you that they are in good hands. When I’m in a clients home, I pay good attention to the pet I am caring for, utilizing their treats, toys and even dog/cat tv to ensure your furry companion feels safe and nurtured.

“As a first time Rover client, my husband and I were very hesitant to leave our big boy with "anybody" not knowing if they would treat him like we do...like family! Well, *insert* Gio and Vanessa! They are not just "anybody" they are EVERYTHING!!!! From scheduling a meet up to dropping Zulu off, this whole experience with Rover, in particular, Gio and Vanessa, was so so amazing. Gio is who my husband and I met first, and we instantly clicked. He is warm, inviting, professional, and his love for animals is very apparent. We bought our little Big guy with us and even he fell asleep, peacefully, as we spoke about our likes and dislikes and how we parent Zulu. Gio was very upfront about how their system runs at their house, and because I'm a planner who also loves structure, so listening to Gio talk about how the drop off, daily videos, feedings, walks, interactions, and pickup would happen was like music to my ears. After our first meet up, we made sure to set the family up for success with Zulu and just like Gio said, things were so super smooth. He stuck to his word and shared daily videos and we chatted through Whats App when needed. He and his family showed Zulu kindness and love and we will NEVER forget that. For our first experience with leaving our furbaby in the care of who started out as a stranger, only to end this whole experience feeling like we left our guy with a home filled with love, we have to admit Gio and Vanessa are EXACTLY who you would want to care for your furbaby...no matter the size. Please don't hesitate to give them a try. It's a pup care heaven! We are totally satisfied and might I add, a bit spoiled by goodness to our furbaby! Go ahead, click on their page!! “Lauren was absolutely amazing! She noticed that my dog was showing signs of a health issue and didn't hesitate to take him to emergency care. He ended up needing surgery and when the vet offered the option of letting him go home or keeping him at the vet as he recovered Lauren let us know that she was comfortable and capable of taking care of him afterwards (saving me thousands of dollars). When he showed complications after surgery she took him once again to get him help. Even the vet was impressed with how well he was being cared for. Lauren was literally a life savor. I was very stressed not being able to be there with my dog throughout all of this but was greatly comforted by the fact that I knew he was in capable and caring hands.”

“I was super nervous leaving Kaleah with Taylor. Just because it was her first time there, and I would be out of town for a few days. But Taylor did everything she could to ease my mind. She was super friendly, and she sent me plenty of pics and videos. When I got back, Kaleah wasn’t too excited to see me, which means she wasn’t thinking “get me out of here!” I know she was just fine and I was the anxious one, not her. I would recommend Taylor and I plan to use her services again when needed.”

“Alissa and her husband were AMAZING. My dog Lego has a ton of quirks and anxiety, which were easily handled. We received regular updates/photos of him having the best time with them. He clearly was settled in super quick with them. Also, we got some of the best action photos I’ve seen of him out back playing throughout the stay. Lego has some ear issues causing them to bleed in the winter some - they were very communicative and quickly bandaged him up and comforted him when it ended up happening during his stay. I’m not 100% sure he wanted to leave when it was time to go home. Would absolutely book again.”
“Jizelle was fantastic! This was our first time boarding Whitney using Rover (or ever for that matter) and Jizelle made everything so easy. From initial communication, to meeting her and her lovely pups at the meet and greet, all of our interactions with Jizelle confirmed that Whitney was in great hands while we were away. Jizelle was also very flexible with a last minute request to shift the drop off earlier than planned and provided us with regular photos and updates to let us know how things were going - she even braved foot high snow and ice to ensure that Whitney had adequate walks and fresh air following a once-in-a-decade snowmageddon! I 100% plan to utilize Jizelle's boarding services going forwards and would not hesitate to give her my strongest recommendation.”

“Found Melonie on Rover and first met her back in January for a meet and greet before a trip I had been planning. That trip ended up not happening, so this was actually our first time using her services. The original meet-up went so well. My dog Sky isn't very socialized and tends to be anxious around new people and places, so how quickly she took to Melonie was a great sign. This was also the first time we'd left Sky with anyone outside of family, so that mattered a lot to us. Since some time had passed, Melonie graciously offered to do another meet and greet before this booking. Sky warmed up to her right away again. This time I brought my daughter along, and she felt just as confident in Melonie as I did. We both knew Sky was in good hands. Melonie has such a calm, pleasant presence, and it clearly puts Sky at ease. She sent us daily updates with pictures throughout the stay, and Sky looked happy and relaxed in every one. We'll absolutely be booking with Melonie again in the future!”
“Scarlet is always so happy staying with Dan! She loves exploring his backyard, and hanging out with him or a daughter on the couch. Dan is also flexible and easy to work with when changes happen to your travel that you can't control. I always check with Dan first when I need boarding for my four-legged kid!”

“As tempting as it is to gatekeep Miss Kimberly..CAN’T DO IT SHE IS AMAZING! After my Rover sitter canceled on me last minute, I was scrambling to find a good quality sitter for Roman. Immediately I was welcomed with open arms by Miss Kimberly. She really made it feel like a family member was taking care of my dog. She is very attentive, kept me updated daily multiple times a day, and was very thorough with explaining to me every detail of what his experience will be while he stayed with her & safety precautions she takes. They have a beautiful yard and plenty of space in their home for my house hippo. Roman immediately bonded with her husband too, who was also very welcoming and kind. She has bumped up to my #1 Rover sitter ⭐️”
