“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. About: Hi pet parents. My name is Helen, I'm 42 and single with a 2 year old miniature pinscher. Chase attends Dogwood Acres daycare once a week and loves other dogs. He has a great time playing with his "cousin" who is a 50lb Ozzy Doodle. Chase loves to play, we go on 2-3 walks per day in our neighborhood. I also have a huge fully fenced backyard and a she shed to warm up in. I work from home a few days a week I walk my dog 2x per day. My dog is neutered and loves playing with other dogs. I have a fully wood fenced yard and an air conditioned “she shed” for dogs to hang out in. My home is dog friendly and full of dog toys.

Felicia was absolutely amazing with Brooklyn! She was so sweet, caring, loving, and attentive — it truly felt like Brooklyn was with her owner… me. Leaving your pet while traveling can be stressful, but Felicia gave me complete peace of mind because I knew Brooklyn was being loved and cared for like family. You can tell she genuinely has a heart for animals and creates an environment where pets feel safe, comfortable, and adored. If you have a pet with a lot of love to give and receive while you’re away, I highly recommend Felicia. Aerion took such great care of my dog Scooby, so much so that I think he wanted to stay with her instead of coming back home lol. Aerion is a very active communicator providing you with videos, pictures and messages daily pertaining to your fur baby. I wish I could give her more stars for the wonderful work she has done for me and my family. Having a good sitter really take the constant worry about how your pet is doing so you can concentrate on your work or vacation and Aerion is that sitter. Will definitely be using her again for my next travel trip if she has availability and I urge whomever reading this review do the same.
