“Ashley was great! We were here in the area traveling in our RV visiting the DC area. We wanted someone to come walk and feed Rascal so we could spend a full day exploring downtown DC and the surrounding area. Ashley covered for us every day. Rascal is not used to spending long periods of time alone so Ashley was a blessing. She fed him and took him on a long walk every visit. We felt so good to know Rascal was being cared for by Ashley. She was also flexible with our schedule. We will call on her again if we return to the DC area which is very likely next year. Our daughter has a job offer in DC next year and we will likely visit and stay in this same area.”

About: I have 15 years of pet experience ranging from dogs to rodents and bunnies. I have taken care of dogs and have experience with them through their various life stages—from puppy to senior. I am no stranger to administering oral and topical medications for dogs and small animals like rodents. I have 2 years of professional dog walking experience, and I am eager to walk a cat down the sidewalk sometime too. I am a graduate student visiting home for the summer. I’ll be in the Upper Marlboro area from May 20 to August 10th, 2024. Also, for dog walking, my availability is really from 12pm-4pm on the days I highlighted, so it is important you schedule me between that time frame. I will be returning to Florida to complete my degree. I am a rule follower. Before I take on a client I always do a meet and greet to ensure the dog or cat and I are a good fit. Animals can be particular and I avoid perilous situations by meeting the dog to discern whether they like me or not. Once you show me something twice, I never forget it, so providing me with detailed notes on how you want your dog to be walked and situated in your home is ideal.

Meals, walks, play times, cuddles, training sessions, and anything else your pet may need to keep them happy and healthy will be part of their daily routine! I have a large fenced backyard and live near many amazing parks and trails for fresh air and exercise. I currently have two friendly and playful dogs in my home that will make your dog feel welcome and a part of the pack! **Additional Fees Notice:** •Daycare is 6am-8pm. Greater than 12 hours of care or times outside of this window is an additional $15 per hour.
