I’ve raised my own dog from 3 months old to now 2 years old, so I’m experienced with puppy care, routines, socialization, and positive reinforcement. I’m also patient and attentive, which makes me great with senior dogs or dogs that need a calm, loving environment. I truly love dogs and treat every one like my own. I already structure my day around my own dog’s routine, including morning walks, daytime play and enrichment, and evening wind-down time. Pet care is a normal part of the routine, recent long time dog owner (5 years, passed rainbow bridge 04/2025). I work from home 2 days a week and typically home on weekends. Was owner to an adult mastiff/cane corso and so, regular walks, attention, and play are a part of my daily and weekly routine. I have stubborn pup who scales the spectrum between very obedient to going full on sas and temper tantrum, so I am comfortable with all types of temperaments of dogs. If you allow joint play, I will allow it supervised by myself, or if your pup prefers 1:1 time - I will divide crate and play time between my dog and yours separately. Large dogs - will alternate with my dog having one be crated at night and throughout the day outside of scheduled play time, walks, and potty breaks to allow less frustration across both for freedom.and saftey, but I can accommodate dogs who are not crate trained and crate my pup if needed - his crate is like his tiny house - he enjoys it. Small dogs, unless otherwise requested, will take priority for free reign throughout the day/uncrated. I live in a quiet neighborhood, much traffic, and it has quiet short walking trails with trees; I have a small fenced back yard as well for roaming. I do not board rottweilers, huskies, malamutes, or male pit bulls due to my dog's disposition of them, but can do check-ins and 1:1 dog walks with these breeds.

I have had about 7 dogs in my lifetime! With my time having these dogs I have had a variety of experiences with how to treat young, senior, and ill dogs. I’d love to work with you! I am currently on my summer break meaning I am very flexible for your dog’s needs. As I am human some days may not workout with me but I am very communicative and will not hesitate to let you know. I have had different dogs throughout my lifetime of different sizes. When walking my dogs I always make sure to be aware of their surroundings, such as they don’t eat things they shouldn’t be or making sure they are protected from the road. About: I’m fairly new to pet care, but after spending 4 year as a care giver, I want to give my second passion a chance which is taking care of dogs and cats. About: Hello there! My name is Romon, you can also call me Griz. I suppose my friends see me as the momma or papa bear of the group haha. Anyway I've been taking care of my friend's, family's, and of course personal 'furry best friends'. I have a background in personal training and fitness. Never really ran into a dog that didn't like or respect me at least after the first couple treats or games I was able to play with them. Recently lost two friends one moved away the other, Sasha; a poodle mix of 12 years, passed away I was luckily able to spend more time with her during 2020 before she had to go. Her memories are still with me and I know many are back to work and wish they could spend more time with their newest pups. We can work together to make sure they're, well taken care of, and I just wanted to help out and lessen the load of watching over these wonderful epitomes of joy and energy.
