“Appreciate Nicole's care and attention for my pup Cassie on their walk. Cassie likes to take her time, stopping to sniff spots or lay down, so I booked an hour walk. Nicole made sure she got the full walk in so Cassie could enjoy her usual exercise and mental stimulation.”

“Ashley was great with Dakota, they got along well and was very attentive with her during their walk times. She was professional, timely, & communication was very good. Will work with her again.”

About: Hello! My name is Iyana, and I’m a graduate student at Bowie State University. I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and grew up around pets of all kinds. My family taught me how to properly care for animals and read their body language, which has helped me build calm, trusting relationships with them. I began pet sitting in high school while extended family traveled for vacations and work, and I’ve continued ever since. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and birds, and I’m comfortable with dog walking, daily visits, potty breaks, feeding, medication routines, litter care, and maintaining schedules. I also offer overnights, extended stays, and around-the-clock care when needed. I’m attentive, reliable, and truly treat every pet as if they were my own. I look forward to connecting with you and caring for your pet while you’re away! Pet care fits smoothly into my daily and weekly routine. I’m flexible, dependable, and organized, with strong time-management skills, so I’m able to consistently meet pets’ feeding, walking, medication, and check-in schedules. I provide attentive, structured care in both my home and clients’ homes by following each pet’s routine closely. I ensure timely feeding, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and a clean, safe environment while giving pets consistent attention and comfort.
“Jessica and Damon were wonderful with our two dogs! They stepped in on short notice, which we truly appreciated, and took great care of them. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!”

“I’m so thankful for Lisa. I needed a walker and she came in and helped beyond imaginable. She was very patience with my shy dog and took great care of her. I’m so thankful for her and I can’t wait to book her again.”

“Rita is doing a great job with Bella. She is very punctual and she keeps me informed about her time with Bella. I can tell that Rita genuinely likes dogs . We are very happy we found Rita and we look forward to working with her for as long as possible.”

About: I’ve been around dogs for over 10 years and caring for them has always been a big part of my life. I’ve had my mini schnauzer, Kooper, for about 7 years, and through him I’ve gained daily experience with walking, playtime, care, and understanding dogs’ different personalities and needs. I’ve also cared for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes, including my cousin’s Cane Corso. What sets me apart is that I truly enjoy building trust and connections with every dog I meet. Since my whole family are dog lovers, being around and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I’m patient, attentive, reliable, and focused on making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine because I care for my dog, Kooper, every day. I make sure he’s walked, fed, bathed, played with, and given plenty of attention throughout the day. Since caring for dogs is something I already do daily, I’m very comfortable keeping up with routines, giving pets lots of love and interaction, and making sure they feel happy and cared for. I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their home environment. I closely follow each owner’s instructions for feeding, walks, routines, and care needs. During walks, I keep dogs safely leashed and pay attention to their surroundings at all times. I also make sure every pet gets plenty of attention, patience, and companionship while in my care.
“I couldn't ask for a better person to walk my pup Ollie. This was our first time trying out Rover so we didn't know what to expect and Erick gave us comfort the first day we've met him. 10/10, very patient and communicates quick when we have a question about anything relating to Ollie.”

“Alexandria is great! She is very communicative and she’s been great for both of my dogs. My dogs pull when they walk, so I figured she’d never want to walk them again after the first walk. Not only has she come back, but she’s also made suggestions to help with the issue. My dogs love her and her excited to see her for their daily walk.”
About: As a passionate pet owner, I understand the joy and responsibility of keeping your dog happy, healthy, and active. With a love for all breeds and a commitment to personalized care, I offer dog walking services that go beyond just a quick stroll. Whether it’s a lively adventure or a calm, scenic walk, I treat your furry friend like my own—ensuring they get the exercise, attention, and affection they deserve. Let me help give your dog the best walk of their day! I work from home and have a car. I’m open to early morning walks and evenings. I can also provide support during most weekends and holidays. “Dasia was awesome. This was our second experience using a Rover provider. Dasia was timely, communicative when needed, sent pics at each walk, and was very caring to our pet. She accommodated a change in our travel schedule and modified the service request as needed. I will be using Dasia again and would recommend her services.”

About: I’m fairly new to pet care, but after spending 4 year as a care giver, I want to give my second passion a chance which is taking care of dogs and cats. Currently I’m working part-time, but I’m also looking to go full time in the near future. With that being said, I have a lot of time on my hands and fully committed to give your pups and cats unconditional love when needed! House Sitting I’m Available only on weekends. Drop-Ins and Walks I’m available from 2PM to 10PM on weekdays and weekends depending on my schedule! While for boarding I’m currently unable to I will always no matter what have a good ear and eye out for any animal at all times. For walks a leash will be on at all times. For both drop-ins and walks, I will always make sure that any animal is healthy and happy before doing any tasks in doors or outdoors.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 12. Last year I adopted my own cat named Butters. I’m currently in school at Howard U, getting my Masters in Speech-Language Pathology. I’m currently working part time, but I still have plenty of time on my hands. I’m mostly available Monday-Wednesday, with some exceptions depending on timing. My cat Butters gets fed 2-3 meals a day depending how hungry he is. 2 meals his urinary tract food and 1 meal Fancy Feast with extra water. On days I work I usually play with him (he likes toys with strings) after work or before in the morning.

About: I have grown up caring for pets my whole life. I had several cats as well as dogs as a child and I learned from a young age to both respect and engage these animals as part of our family in a gentle and loving manner. I believe that taking the time to allow an animal get to know you and accept your energy and presence is most important for quality care. Taking the time to do this allows me to get to know each animal and get a sense of their personality and needs. I have quick reflexes and I am a very active person, so not only will I keep your pet safe, but I will also ensure that they are well-exercised and happy during their outing.
“Alysia is seriously the best dog walker I’ve ever used on Rover! She is so accommodating with scheduling and cares for my dog as if he is her own! She was attentive and punctual; my dog was always so happy to see a friendly face! 10/10 recommend Alysia and her pet services 😊”

About: I am great with communication and updates to pet parents while I am caring for their fur baby. I also love and care for each pet as if they were my own! I fit pet care in my schedule when I can! It is important I receive sufficient notice for care requests, as I may have other things on my schedule. I am more flexible/available during the late Spring/Summer months! I treat client’s home as respectful as possible. I follow any specific instructions given for the home and ensure everything is left the way I found it!
