About: I grew up in Jamaica with 6 dogs that I loved dearly. I've been taking care of them since I was 9 and they're literally family to me. I have a genuine love for my fur babies and that's why I've decided to go to Veterinary School so I can learn more about these lovely fellas. I also volunteer at foster centers just to bring dogs out to explore the world as they deserve while they wait for their new families. I'm a part-time employee and part-time student with a lot of spare time on Tuesdays and Thursdays that I will happily use towards giving your pets the best time ever. When walking dogs, I prefer to keep them in an open non-crowded area away from potential threats (animals and humans). I tend to be hyper vigilant as I understand my responsibility and priority of keeping your pets safe. If they're meeting other dogs, I shorten the leash and always watch out for signs of discomfort or aggression. Lastly, I'll ensure your pets are fully hydrated during their walks.

About: I was recommended by friends, family and many colleagues who I have dog/cat sat for to give this a go. Hence the low prices so please don't be alarmed. I have owned/cared for several rabbits, cats, reptiles, fish & have also been the dog uncle/caretaker for many types of dogs, especially labradoodles(for some reason, all my friends get that breed). Administering meds (through injection and popping it in their mouth so they eat it) is something I was able to gain experience in early on. Walking our fur friends in a harmonious fashion is another thing I got good at early on as well. Attention to detail & passion for the uniqueness of our fur companions at hand is essential especially if they have special needs. You can rest assured you will come home to happy, healthy fur and scale babies, a spotless home in addition to healthy plants if you have any. Looking forward to making new friends! I currently work as an interpreter from home, so I am quite flexible with times and dates. I sometimes rent cars but if not, I can easily get to your home by Uber/Lyft or public transport. Drop-Ins and Walks I’m available from 2PM to 10PM on weekdays and weekends depending on my schedule! While for boarding I’m currently unable to I will always no matter what have a good ear and eye out for any animal at all times. For walks a leash will be on at all times. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
