About: I've been around dogs since I was six years old, so caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. Growing up, I helped walk, feed, bathe, and care for dogs of all ages and personalities. I also have experience looking after pets when they're not feeling well, including cleaning up after digestive issues and providing extra patience and attention. I've cared for cats as well, including those with medical conditions, making sure they're comfortable, following care instructions, and giving them the love and attention they need. To me, pets have always been more than animals—they've been like family, almost like my own brothers and sisters. In my home I try to make sure they can go outside as much as possible. The times when I’ve had pets it’s been very important to me to emulate an environment that is similar to what they would find in the wildlife. It’s important to me the pets feel free and happy. Have enough space to stretch out. That they can enjoy their lives as much as I am enjoying them.

“Anh was amazing with Pico. She jumped in last minute and handled everything so thoughtfully - including some unexpected tummy issues and his occasional puppy chaos. She kept me fully updated the whole time and sent lots of great photos, which I really appreciated. It made such a difference being able to see how he was doing. Pico is used to being with me all the time, so social interaction is really important for him. Anh adjusted to Pico’s needs and routine and also made him part of hers - giving him so much extra love and attention. You can’t always guarantee that level of care when you’re away, and I’m so grateful I never had to worry. About: I grew up with many pets. For example, I’ve had 6 birds, 3 hamsters, 1 dwarf gerbil, 1 leopard gecko, 2 cats, 2 dogs, and possibly more. I currently have 2 dogs. Both are rescues. Jasper is 2 years old and I’ve had him since he was about a month old if even that, and Raleigh who is 7 now. I’ve had her since she was 2. Aside from the doggy babies, I also currently have a brown anole that I took in from Florida. His name is Tommy and I’ve had him for 4 months now. He was a baby when I found him. I also have 2 fish, Gumball and Penny. I personally believe all animals are babies. I’ve also pet sit for family members before. I’m currently working part time and I am also a freshman in College. I do have a good bit of free time, and because I don’t live alone I have people home to help take care of my furry and scaled friends, where as some people may need some extra help that I’d be able to provide! I was raised right. I’m respectful, do not cross boundaries, and know better than to disrespect clients (human and animal, of course!) I’m a big empath, I love animals beyond comprehension. “Oh Myles! He is the absolute sweetest! He took care of my babies this weekend and was more than accommodating. Our girl is Leary of newer people and barked and growled at him when he entered our home. He took his time and didn’t give up and they became best buds. He was very respectful of our home and focused on the dogs to make them feel comfortable the entire time. Myles is the ONLY sitter who will watch my dogs when we travel. Welcome to the family!!”

About: Hi pet parents. My name is Helen, I'm 42 with a 2 year old miniature pinscher. Chase attends Dogwood Acres daycare once a week and loves other dogs. He has a great time playing with his "cousin" who is a 90lbs Ozzy Doodle. Chase loves to play, we go on several walks per day in our neighborhood. I also have a huge fully fenced backyard and a she shed to warm up in. I work from home a few days a week I walk my dog 2x per day. My dog is neutered and loves playing with other dogs. I have a fully wood fenced yard and an air conditioned “she shed” for dogs to hang out in. My home is dog friendly and full of dog toys.

“Chandler was an AMAZING pet and house sitter! I expected this based on her other reviews, but our dog and two young cats seemed to adore her! Usually when I board my dog he comes home very stressed out. This was such a different experience- he was just his normal, happy self. Chandler is very communicative and sent us photos and updates of our pets, letting us know how they were. She kept up on all the pet duties, brought in the mail, took out the trash, and left the house better than she found it. She's also got a lovely personality! Next time we need to go out of town, I hope she's available because this was an amazing experience!”

About: My next door neighbor had me take care of their dog, Brownie. He was an old man, but still a good boy! I would make drop-in visits to make sure he was fed and given his medicine which he did such a good job with taking it around me, and I would also take him outside for bathroom breaks. Milo was another dog I took care of recently, and unlike Brownie, she was young, and also loud just like any other husky, but similar to Brownie, she was good girl. This time she had to live with me at my house, but she was no problem at all. I would take her outside at least two hours a day and give her walks around my neighborhood. I would also let her sleep on my bed and she'd wake me up by licking my face every morning to start the day. Feeding her wasn't a problem either. In fact, taking so much time out of my day to take care of just any other dog is never a problem for me! My recent pet care was for a Siberian Husky named Milo. After taking care of her cats, my sister asked me to take care of Milo for a friend who was away last December. Milo was a big dog, but she wasn't anything I had trouble handling. She was a fun and good girl, and I made sure she was taken outside every two hours of every day and also made sure she was given food and water and would refill both when I see that they're almost empty. Pet care comes first for me and I would take plenty of time out of my day to give pets the love and attention they need while family is away. I have a yard but it isn't fenced. However, I will be outside with your dog if they ever need to go, and keep an eye and/or leash on them if necessary. I did the same for my own dog, Macy. Unfortunately, my home doesn't have any other dogs that yours could socialize with since Macy passed away, but with me around, your baby should never feel alone! If I were to take care of your pet at your home (and if necessary), I could also tidy up the inside of your house to the point where I was never even there once you have come back from your trip.
