About: I have worked at a Fear Free and AAHA certified veterinary clinic as an veterinary assistant, am experienced with handling rescues and animals with special medical needs, and am experienced in caring for many different types of pets from cats and dogs to birds, reptiles, farm animals, and more. “I only have great things to say about Linda! She has been incredibly helpful and has gone above and beyond. She is incredibly flexible, has come to walk my dogs at various hours of the day (late evenings sometimes too, which has been great!), and has been available on short notice as well. I have 3 dogs, of which, two have health issues. One has had recent ortho surgery and requires a lot of assistance/medication. The other has heart/blood pressure issues and requires medication/supervision as well. The third does not have health issues, but has behavioral issues and is very stand offish. Despite this, Linda has not only taken great care of them, but the dogs love her! She has also brought in my trash cans, my mail, and picks up dirty dog food bowls to soak in the sink while I am away. She always keeps me updated with detailed messages and photos. She is gentle and great with the animals. I trust her 100% and that is saying a lot as I am VERY particular when it comes to my babies!”

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
