“Donna was very accommodating. I initially had to change my booking and then I had the wrong time entered in for drop off. She did her very best and took them earlier than planned to help us make our flight. My Lab had also recently had surgery between the time I booked and dropped off which then required him to take medication and to be watched extra since he really doesn’t like the bandage and hates the cone. She was very responsive when I checked on them and sent pictures. Would absolutely use them again. Thank you again for taking good care of our fur babies.”

Turns out our worries were unfounded, as Sandra and her family were absolutely amazing with Echo! She was super tired and we could tell she'd had so much fun. They treated her like one of their own dogs, made sure Echo was getting along with everyone, and even took her on a short field trip! Sandra kept us informed and was very communicative, which we loved. You can tell she's had a lot of experience with dogs, and we appreciated that she asked about Echo's schedule, allergies, and so on. I knew from the moment we did a meet & greet before we officially did the booking. Helped me get to know her and her own two dogs and it was great! Hibana has the best 5 days there :) and I got pictures every day which made me feel better about leaving my dog lol. Hibana is an apartment dog so she was in love with Marta’s back yard.
