“This was our first Rover experience and Kelly and Maurice made it easy. They assured us the Bizzy was going to be fine and they didn’t disappoint. The understood Bizzy was still training and agreed to continue during his stay. The pictures and video sent kept us worry free and connected to our baby. Thank you for loving Bizzy like we do.”

“This was our first time using Rover so we were nervous about leaving our fur baby with a Stanger in their home. Well Mady met and exceeded our expectations! We have a 96 pound Rottweiler and Mady loved on her and she enjoyed spending time with their dog Radar! She has a clean and spacious fenced in back yard and also took Stormy on nice walks! There were also toys there to keep Stormy occupied and happy. Mady followed our instructions exactly as it relates to her care. She sent pictures and videos which kept us from worrying! We highly recommend Mady, it’s clear this is not just a business for Mady, she truly has a love for dogs!”
“100% would recommend. They were very exceptional for our baby Chevy. I really appreciated the constant updates and pictures. Thank you for excellent service”

“Shuling was a fantastic and attentive sitter to our dog while we were out of town. We got regular updates about his care with photos and videos, and she made sure he was comfortable and happy during his stay!”

“Lynette and Vincent’s communication is always great. They send numerous pictures that highlights the joy that Jojo is having. I know that they provide top tier care for Jojo.”

“Lindsay is amazing! I took a trip abroad and left my fur babies in her care while I was away and I couldn't be happier with the service she provided. Lindsay is very responsive and provided pictures and updates without me ever having to ask. I highly recommend her for your boarding needs. I will most definitely be sending my babies back to her for future trips.”

“I'm glad to have made the right choice as to someone watching my Givenchy. That choice was Crystal, a professional when it comes to dog sitting, knowing their personality, what they eat, and health. As a doggy parent, I was calm due to Crystal's updates and pics. I will definitely call on her again.”

“Sabrina was a lifesaver! We booked to board with someone else and they canceled at the last minute. Sabrina was able to help us out. My pups LOVED her (8 year old golden doodle, and 2 year old mini poodle). We’ve found our new favorite pet sitter and we’ll be booking with her from now on.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Mary. My dog struggles with separation anxiety, so leaving her can be stressful, but she was in incredibly capable and compassionate hands. From the start, it was clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she boards and takes the time to understand their individual needs. She was patient, attentive, and proactive in making sure my dog felt comfortable and secure. I received updates that gave me peace of mind, and it was obvious my dog was being well cared for. When I picked her up, she was calm, happy, and clearly had been treated with kindness. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. We will definitely be booking with her again.”

“Michelle did a great job watching my little guy Charlie. She went out of her way to make him feel at home. She sent me much-appreciated pics and texts to let me know he was doing fine. I look forward to using her again!”

“Our 6 month old golden stayed with Onayda this weekend and it all went perfectly!! Onayda was flexible with drop off/pickup, she sent regular photos of Sully and she even set up a play pool for her to cool off!! We will absolutely be sending Sully back!”

“Alicia took great care of Blossom. Blossom had a great time over the holiday playing with the kids. I appreciate that Alicia sent pictures and videos every day. I appreciated the family environment for Blossom. I would recommend Alicia she is very good with puppies. I know Blossom can be a handful at times, but Alicia handles her with great care. Blossom was a part of the family while she was there. Thank you so much!”

“Katelyn is amazing and helped our family on short notice when we had to fly to another state for a funeral. She took amazing care of Gary and he was well-loved by her children and her husky, Balto. I highly recommend her!”

“Lori was great, she was very patient with Cooper, and kept us updated with pictures of how he was doing. I highly recommend her as a dog sitter for your fur family.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Estela and her family! From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding—they provided daily updates and photos, and followed every instruction with great care and attention to detail. This was our first time leaving our youngest behind, and we felt completely at ease knowing our fur babies were in such loving hands. It was clear when we picked them up that both Gianni and Valentino were happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Their behavior spoke volumes about how comfortable they were during their stay. We even ended up extending our trip, and Estela was incredibly accommodating. We’re so grateful for the exceptional care and will definitely be using their services again in the near future.”

“This Tiko’s second time staying with Yousef and we couldn’t be happier, they are communicative and always send pics. Tiko is always happy when he returns and there is little to no anxiety. I can tell that he truly enjoys his time there!”

“I am always hesitant to leave my dog with anyone, but Marta made me feel so comfortable and I knew Hibana would be in great hands! I knew from the moment we did a meet & greet before we officially did the booking. Helped me get to know her and her own two dogs and it was great! Hibana has the best 5 days there :) and I got pictures every day which made me feel better about leaving my dog lol. Hibana is an apartment dog so she was in love with Marta’s back yard. And since this is Marta’s full time job her attention was on the dogs all the time. Would 100% recommend. If I could give her 10 stars I would lol.”
“I can’t recommend Zulu enough! She took such wonderful care of my dog while I was away. She was so attentive and sent updates, making sure my furry baby felt happy and comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely reach out to her again the next time I need a sitter.”

“Aaron & Tia took great care of my Frenchie Bella. She had an initial knee injury that required crate rest and very limited activity and their willingness to accommodate our needs at the last minute for an extended (18 day) stay was beyond amazing. After the meet and greet with Aaron and their amazing soon I felt even more at ease. Prior to her stay, Bella was stung in the eye and was required eye drops in addition to the knee injury. Aaron wasn't phased by the additional special needs. While on travel in Asia, I received almost daily pics and a video. I could tell she was having a great time. She also needed to lose a few pounds to help with her knee injury and Aaron and Tia returned Bella in tip top shape and a few pounds lighter. She is off of her pain meds for her knee and her eye is healed. I can't thank them enough. When I met with them they only had a few reviews and I wasn't deterred. This is proof that the # of reviews does not determine the type of love and care your pup receives. I will be using their services again and again very soon.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
