“After dog/house sitting for a week we came home to a spotless house and some very happy puppies:) We will definitely not hesitate to book with her again!!”

About: I have extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, including puppies and senior pets. What sets me apart is I take the time to understand each pet’s unique needs, personality, and routine. I have experience administering medication, handling special dietary requirements, and providing gentle care for older pets. Additionally, I ensure pets receive plenty of engagement, and affection while their owners are away. My goal is to create a stress-free and loving environment, so both pets and their owners feel at ease. I’m highly flexible and adaptable. I’m happy to accommodate any schedule to ensure pets receive the best care. Weekdays and weekends alike, I will be there! I treat both the home and pet with the utmost care and respect, as if they were my own. I ensure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved by maintaining their routines, providing proper nutrition, exercise, and companionship. I also keep the home clean and secure, following any specific instructions to create a stress-free environment for both the pet and owner.

“Jessica came in clutch when another dog sitter fell through only a few days from me leaving town. She was very flexible, accommodating, and took great care of my best friend. Her generosity and help ensured I was able to get home to my family for a few days during Christmas. She was very responsive and helped make a stressful situation less stressful. I would definitely recommend Jessica.”

About: Iv owned dogs my entire life. I moved to the area recently. I can water plants. I follow instructions. I have no issues with medications or spending all the quality time with the dog. I do have a 9-5 but afterwards I am free every day. Wednesday and Fridays I currently work from home. I'm pretty much a homebody and will stay instead of go out. Take dogs for walks, play if the dog so chooses. Lots of pets and cuddles and words of affirmation. Each dog is different and each care needs to be catered to the dog.

“Jamie is wonderful! She’s punctual, communicative, and caring. She spent lots of time with our dogs when we were away from the weekend and took great care of them and the house. She also sent lots of pics, which we loved. We can’t recommend Jamie enough! Looking forward to many future bookings with her.”

“Bri was punctual and very communicative! She was kind and caring to my entire zoo, and was great with both my timid puppy and my difficult diabetic dog. I've been through a dozen Rover pet sitters but Bri is the first one I trust to take care of my pets the way I would. I'll definitely be requesting Bri again!”

“Diana was amazing! She took such good care of our two dogs while we were away and the house looked immaculate when we returned. She continually sent us updates and pictures. We will definitely continue to contact her for all our pet sitting needs!”

“Jill is the best with my dog. She always sends photos of him on their walks together. He’s always tired when I get home from my trips. Wouldn’t want anyone else watching my pup. Can tell she loves taking care of dogs.”

About: I have a dog loving family who spoil our Golden Retriever, Bandit. We had a super sweet Yellow Lab, Radar, who we recently lost to kidney failure at 14 years of age. I live in a home in Bowie with a fenced yard, close to a dog park and a community park with a pond and bike path. I've loved dogs since childhood, and I will treat your beloved pet like they're my own. I am very generous with treats and I also let guests on the sofa/Lovesac - thank goodness for washable covers! NOTE: I will now charge an extra $10 flat fee for guests dropped off before 7am. Also please try to be as accurate with drop off and pick up times so I can plan around them. I will charge extra $5 per hour in cash beginning 2 hours after the times listed when reservation is made. I work from home 100%. It is essential that I leave my computer a few times a day and just spend time with my pets and guests. I typically walk Bandit and guests twice a day, sometimes more when the weather is especially nice. Occasionally overlaps of bookings will happen and I would need to walk multiple guests separately depending on their size and tendency to pull. More walks mean shorter walks so I can fit them all within my workday. But on very nice days, I indulge my guests on longer walks after work. I accept mostly boarding at my home at this time. I can accept some guests for day care on case by case basis. I do require meet and greets for all new guests. I have a fenced yard where my guests can run around and play. My guests also have freedom to wander in any part of my home, and generally welcome on my couch like my own pets. My kitchen can be closed off if needed, and this helps during mealtime.

“Gabriella did a great job watching our dog who is very anxious. When we arrived back home, everything was tidy and our dog seemed to be in good spirits. I would totally recommend Gabriella for in-house dog/cat sitting.”

About: I am passionate, I feel like dogs want to play, to go outside and want attention. I am that person that will fulfill that job. Let me be that person to help you. I will treat your dog with all the love, respect and care like it was my own. I’m currently working full time with flexible hours and my off days are usually week days to accommodate your pets needs and treat them with love. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I also have a kitten that I’ve raised from being a bottle baby so I am familiar with almost types of pets.

“Aliyah was an amazing sitter. She was amazing with our dog. Was very communicative and sent lots of pictures! Would highly recommend!”

“Thank you! We’re so grateful for your good care of the little monsters!!!”

About: I have the experience with giant breeds to toy breeds. I can navigate plans to keep a reactive pet safe while still giving them the enrichment and love that they need! I currently work at a doggy daycare and boarding facility, and my schedule can fluctuate month to month. I’m available a majority of mornings- and after 7pm on the days I close. I can care for your pets in your home keeping them as comfortable as possible and not switching their day to day environment. I have experience with cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes.

About: I have been fortunate enough to have both cats and dogs in my life since I was a child. I absolutely LOVE the different personalities and trying to figure out what makes each animal uniquely who they are. I have a knack for knowing and feeling exactly where your fury friend needs to be pet and loved on. I believe each pet has their own special needs and I'm determined to find what that is. I'm a quick learner and very patient. I am a mother of two daughters 24and 28, and a beautiful grandson that is 2.5. I have been a mom to 4 dogs and 6 cats in my life thus far. Hoping to add to my family as soon as I settle down. I’m currently in Annapolis, waiting for my second grandson to be born. I am retired, yet, currently studying to be a health and wellness coach. I am free most days and nights. In clients home, I would do as requested and make sure to stay on any timeline that’s necessary. It’s important that your pet/pets feel safe and loved.

About: As I have had a love for animals for as long as I can remember I’m also a veterinary technician in the Edgewater/Annapolis area and can provide services for you and your pet as needed!! Im currently in college online for Veterinary medicine as i wish to go further in my medical career so I have plenty of time to give your furry friends playtime, snuggles and the proper care I treat every pet as I would my own, with love, care and respect. No animal will be unloved ,unhappy or hungry if left with me!

“Carlos has watched my dogs regularly over the years and he is a godsend! One of my dogs has an extreme case of separation anxiety to the point he cannot be alone at all. The other has stranger aggression. Finding someone who can care for them both the way they need is rare but he makes easy work of it. He’s really patient and understanding, he plays with the dogs and gets them tired out. He also has a great understanding of dog body language and behavior. For me, this is integral since you want someone who is able to tell what your dog needs since they can’t exactly tell you themselves. Don’t hesitate to hire Carlos, our dogs love him, and he really is fantastic with all furry friends!”
