About: While most of my experience pertains to cats, I also grew up with several dogs over my life! Most of them were larger breeds - labs, huskies, malamutes, dobermans and one carolina dog. I did train the malamute to pull me on my bike when I was a teenager, and taught the doberman basic obedience and good manners. I work from home/freelance, so my schedule is very open! In fact, I often find myself needing to get the heck out of my house! My own home has a fenced in yard (4ft high chain link, so if your pet is a jumper, this might not be a good fit!) and I also own my home, so there'll be no issues with landlords or whatnot. I do also have three cats, so cat friendly pets are preferred if you're looking to board. If I am visiting or staying at your home, things will be kept neat and clean, and any and all instructions will be followed (same for if you board with me!)

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I had a golden growing up for 15 years and now have a dog of my own! I love going on long walks with dogs who need it, playing fetch, and giving lots of scritches and love! No dog is too small or too big for me. Happy to accommodate anything your pet needs! I’m currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule. I work in VA and living MD so I’m really all over the map. I would prefer any time after 3 but can also come in the mornings with enough heads up. I do not have a fenced in back yard but do have a nice trail to walk on and get some energy out. I also have a lead in the backyard to keep the dogs safe and not escape if they would like to roam freely. My coonhound has been just fine with the set up! I also have a crate if preferred. My dog is friendly with others and loves other dogs!
About: I’ve had my knee replaced which has slowed me down a tad but also allows me be to home all the time. We recently lost our old boy (dog of 12 years) and while my cats have helped me to survive, I have so much more love to give! For now I want to spend time with others’ dogs to help fill the whole in my heart. I genuinely want to make every animal a friend of mine! I will always lead with love, care and respect. I work from home already which is usually stuff I take care of in the evenings anyway but I have the time, love and space to accommodate your furry family members. We have three lovable indoor cats. Two will stay away mostly and one will greet you at the door with friendly meows. We will spend the whole time snuggling on the couch or running around in our yard.
About: I've taken care of pets my entire life, I currently have 3 senior cats and 1 senior dog. I have 2 years of experience working in pet care facilities so I'm more than capable of handling all types of dogs and cats, including reactive/possessive dogs. I've been trained in cleaning, playing, monitoring play groups, feeding, and giving medication to all different sizes, breeds, and reactivity of dogs. I believe every pet deserve love and patience and I enjoy providing them with that. I also worked specifically with reactive/aggressive dogs for a year so feel free to reach out if you're dog needs a little more effort than most. :) I don't currently have a set schedule so feel free to reach out and we can figure out what works best for myself and your pets. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
