“When our regular pet care provider was not available to completely cover our pets needs during a recent holiday trip, I felt very unsure about whether we should even go on the trip. We had two cats and one dog – all of whom had to be kept separate, as we could not trust the animals to not scuffle and potentially hurt one another in our absence. Our dog is also strongly territorial which makes us uncomfortable whenever we have others visit us. Jamie was recommended to me by someone who knew her. Jamie came for a pre-visit and instantly had me at ease with her ability to manage our pets, even the dog who rarely trusts anyone outside of our immediate family. Jamie seemed very peaceful and confident with each of the animals, and they were comfortable with her as well. She was reliable and did everything we asked of her and more. Honestly, I was so impressed and comfortable with how she managed our unusual arrangement that Jamie now tops my list as our family’s preferred pet caregiver. I can honestly say that during her second time watching our pets, I never worried for even a second about how it was going. I trust Jamie wholeheartedly with our pets.”

About: I have owned dogs and cats for the last 30 years. Currently have 3 small dogs and love them dearly. Have time during the day to help others who work out of the home. I work from home with a flexible schedule. I have the time to walk dogs, being flexible on the time requirements. In some cases, I can work from dog owners house if needed. I will do what is asked of the pet owner. If they want the dog walked, I will do that. If they prefer to play in the fenced backyard, I will do that.

About: Throughout the years of having watching animals, I learned that they all need loving care just as humans do. I also send updates to you and photos of your pets :) I’m open pretty much anytime since I just finished with finals. I’m looking to help in anyway I can. I’m like an open schedule at the moment. I treat the animals as if they were my own. I’ll treat them with love and make sure they feel safe in my care always.

She was very patient and consistent with them and helped me, a new dog owner at the time, guide them through the transition to their new forever home. Three years later when she introduced her adorable Great Dane puppy, she went out of her way to make it a positive experience for all of us. I know I’m partial but I know I can leave my boys in her very capable hands without worry.”
