It’s very reassuring to know that her work ethic is even better than first impressions: she was meticulously on time, diligent about starting and ending the Rover tools that help me stay on top of my fur-babies when I’m away from home, she was spot-on attentive to my care instructions and went FAR above-and-beyond to picking up a hairball that turned up unwelcome and unannounced (don’t they all?!). “When our regular pet care provider was not available to completely cover our pets needs during a recent holiday trip, I felt very unsure about whether we should even go on the trip. We had two cats and one dog – all of whom had to be kept separate, as we could not trust the animals to not scuffle and potentially hurt one another in our absence. Our dog is also strongly territorial which makes us uncomfortable whenever we have others visit us. Jamie was recommended to me by someone who knew her. Jamie came for a pre-visit and instantly had me at ease with her ability to manage our pets, even the dog who rarely trusts anyone outside of our immediate family. Jamie seemed very peaceful and confident with each of the animals, and they were comfortable with her as well. She was reliable and did everything we asked of her and more. Honestly, I was so impressed and comfortable with how she managed our unusual arrangement that Jamie now tops my list as our family’s preferred pet caregiver. I can honestly say that during her second time watching our pets, I never worried for even a second about how it was going. I trust Jamie wholeheartedly with our pets.”

“Diana was absolutely wonderful with our dog and cat! Our dog is older, very anxious with new people, and takes several medications. Diana put her at ease, and handled her so well that we had no worries while we were away. Our cat is a super chill boy, who loved his time with Diana. Diana sent many great pictures and updates so that we could rest easy during our trip. It is so rare that we find someone to care for our pup who she can actually relax around, and we are so happy to have found Diana. We will definitely be using her services again!”

She is very adaptable, for example my cat’s medication process has changed a few times and she’s always completely ok with it and administers it as directed by the vet. It’s also always clear that she cares about Kona, ensuring he gets his supervised outside time (weather permitting).”

Emily has a cat of her own, so she is a true cat lover. She has always shown up when she is supposed to and does a great job! “Belinda did an excellent job with my newly rescued Blue Healer/Whippets a few years back. Calvin and Hobbes were very fearful and reactive after their time in the county dog shelter. She was very patient and consistent with them and helped me, a new dog owner at the time, guide them through the transition to their new forever home. Three years later when she introduced her adorable Great Dane puppy, she went out of her way to make it a positive experience for all of us. I know I’m partial but I know I can leave my boys in her very capable hands without worry.”
