“Aaron & Tia took great care of my Frenchie Bella. She had an initial knee injury that required crate rest and very limited activity and their willingness to accommodate our needs at the last minute for an extended (18 day) stay was beyond amazing. After the meet and greet with Aaron and their amazing soon I felt even more at ease. Prior to her stay, Bella was stung in the eye and was required eye drops in addition to the knee injury. Aaron wasn't phased by the additional special needs. While on travel in Asia, I received almost daily pics and a video. I could tell she was having a great time. She also needed to lose a few pounds to help with her knee injury and Aaron and Tia returned Bella in tip top shape and a few pounds lighter. She is off of her pain meds for her knee and her eye is healed. I can't thank them enough. When I met with them they only had a few reviews and I wasn't deterred. This is proof that the # of reviews does not determine the type of love and care your pup receives. I will be using their services again and again very soon.”

He ended up needing surgery and when the vet offered the option of letting him go home or keeping him at the vet as he recovered Lauren let us know that she was comfortable and capable of taking care of him afterwards (saving me thousands of dollars). When he showed complications after surgery she took him once again to get him help. Even the vet was impressed with how well he was being cared for. Lauren was literally a life savor. I was very stressed not being able to be there with my dog throughout all of this but was greatly comforted by the fact that I knew he was in capable and caring hands.”

“We needed someone to look after our dog Archie for the day while we went to an event. We were going for the whole day and wouldn't be returning until the eveing so we didn't want to leave Archie alone for that long. Our usual dog sitter wasn't available on that day so I contacted Brian and another pet sitter on Rover to see if either one could look after him instead. It was a bit last minute (3 days notice) which was my fault for not trying to sort something sooner. The other person didn't even respond to my enquiry but Brian immediately did and said he was available. I made the necessary booking arrangements and Brian was felixable with drop off and pick up times if we needed to nudge them in case of traffic or whatever (we were an hour away). On the day we got sent pictures of Archie and I could see he was having a good time and felt comfortable with Brian in his home and with his dogs. About: I get along with animals pretty naturally. I do a lot of sitting for family and friends when they go on vacation. Giving love and care to your fur baby takes a lot of time and the DMV has a lot of traffic. It takes a village! I can pop in or stay over to make sure all physical and emotional needs are taken care of. I am a fitness instructor. My schedule changes and is flexible as long as I am given notice and clear instructions. I do not work full time. I do not have a fenced in yard, but can keep a crate. It is a townhouse so limited space, but plenty of parks and areas to walk your fur baby.

About: I have cared for a variety of breeds with different temperaments, personalities and levels of care needs. I have experience in training and discipline with a number of different tools, so I am comfortable in most situations including walking dogs with reactive or pulling tendencies. I enjoy taking dogs on pack walks in the woods like at Acosta Regional Park. I am a full time pet care provider. I can offer morning and evening walks, daycare, overnights, transportation, baths, basic lease and agility training sessions. “Aaron & Tia took great care of my Frenchie Bella. She had an initial knee injury that required crate rest and very limited activity and their willingness to accommodate our needs at the last minute for an extended (18 day) stay was beyond amazing. After the meet and greet with Aaron and their amazing soon I felt even more at ease. Prior to her stay, Bella was stung in the eye and was required eye drops in addition to the knee injury. Aaron wasn't phased by the additional special needs. While on travel in Asia, I received almost daily pics and a video. I could tell she was having a great time. She also needed to lose a few pounds to help with her knee injury and Aaron and Tia returned Bella in tip top shape and a few pounds lighter. She is off of her pain meds for her knee and her eye is healed. I can't thank them enough. When I met with them they only had a few reviews and I wasn't deterred. This is proof that the # of reviews does not determine the type of love and care your pup receives. I will be using their services again and again very soon.”

She became a 2nd Mom to Fitz; no adjustment needed when we dropped him off and he was happy and content when we picked him up. He’s normally anxious in change of environment but he really felt a home with Melonie and her household. No issues at all in our previous and current visits.”
“OMG Brian's house is the BEST! Huge is usually pretty shell-shocked to be left behind. But this time was different. When we got to the house, Hugo jauntily walked right up to the right place, stopped to pee on a bush, and cruised right on in like he owned the place. I've never seen him so immediately at home in a strange house. He briefly greeted Bob and then explored. It was amazing. Brian has a very laid-back, positive vibe that transmits to people and to dogs. He is also very good at judging personalities and knowing how much affection and attention a dog is going to need. I hope he always has room for Hugo whenever we travel to DC!”

From the moment I dropped him off, she kept me updated with thoughtful, detailed messages and plenty of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Rockie is naturally anxious in new environments, but Lashelle was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She understood his body language, gave him the space he needed to adjust, and helped him build confidence at his own pace. I especially appreciated how she handled introductions with her family and pets, always putting Rockie's comfort and safety first. It was clear she has a lot of experience with dogs and truly cares about their well-being. She kept me informed about everything—from his eating and potty habits to his progress settling in, making new friends, and even his funny moments watching TV! She also went above and beyond by cleaning him up after an accident without hesitation. By the end of his stay, Rockie had gone from being nervous to relaxing on the couch, enjoying the yard, snuggling with the family, and even warming up to everyone in the house. Seeing that progress meant so much to me. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Lashelle treated Rockie like one of her own, and I knew he was loved and cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is compassionate, experienced, communicative, and truly dedicated to providing exceptional care. “Lauren was absolutely amazing! She noticed that my dog was showing signs of a health issue and didn't hesitate to take him to emergency care. He ended up needing surgery and when the vet offered the option of letting him go home or keeping him at the vet as he recovered Lauren let us know that she was comfortable and capable of taking care of him afterwards (saving me thousands of dollars). When he showed complications after surgery she took him once again to get him help. Even the vet was impressed with how well he was being cared for. Lauren was literally a life savor. I was very stressed not being able to be there with my dog throughout all of this but was greatly comforted by the fact that I knew he was in capable and caring hands.”

“Kim cared for my pup as her own. She was very attentive to him and cared about his feelings. This was my pup’s first time with Kim so he was a little nervous. She cared for his every need and made sure he felt loved and comfortable in her care. Kim made sure that my pup had plenty of fresh air and had lots of attention, attention to the point where she slept near him so he would not feel lonesome.
