This was my very first time using Rover, and choosing this Star Sitter was one of the best decisions I could have made for Marley and Mocha! I interviewed three different sitters, but the moment she walked into my home, sat down with me, and I watched how naturally she engaged with Marley and Mocha, I immediately felt at ease. There was something about her energy, attentiveness, and genuine love for my pups that gave me the reassurance I needed to leave them in her care. I was away for five days and received consistent updates and follow-ups throughout my trip. I never had to wonder how Marley and Mocha were doing because she kept me informed and made sure I knew they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. And the true confirmation came when I returned home — especially with Mocha! She was actually looking around for her “Auntie!” That told me everything I needed to know. ❤️ I HIGHLY recommend her. When she says she cares for your pups so that “YOU CAN RELAX,” she absolutely means it. I was able to enjoy my time away knowing my babies were in loving, capable, and trustworthy hands. Thank you, QUEEN!!!!! 👑 You have officially become Auntie to Marley and Mocha, and we will definitely see you again soon!

Kimberly did an amazing job, she communicated and she sent photos and videos often. My fur baby seemed to enjoy herself.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend Kimberly B! 🐾❤️ Kimberly did an amazing job taking care of Kator while we were out of town. This was Kator’s first time ever staying overnight with a sitter, so naturally, I was a little nervous. Kimberly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She sent pictures and videos throughout Kator’s stay, stayed highly engaged, and kept us updated on how Kator was doing in her care. Those updates gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. 🥰 Kator was well loved, comfortable, and in great hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better first overnight experience for her! Kimberly was absolutely amazing with LouieV! From the moment I dropped him off, I felt completely comfortable and confident that he was in great hands. She was attentive, caring, communicative, and treated Louie like he was one of her own. Throughout his stay, she kept me updated and gave me such peace of mind while I was away. I could tell that she really took the time to understand his personality and routine and made sure he was comfortable and well cared for. LouieV looked happy, relaxed, and right at home with her, which meant everything to me. This was such a wonderful experience, and Kimberly truly exceeded my expectations. Finding someone you can genuinely trust with your fur baby is so important, and I would absolutely feel comfortable leaving LouieV with her again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is dependable, attentive, and genuinely loves and cares for the dogs she watches.

“Auntie Kim” was phenomenal, and was just what the doctor ordered! She was fun, caring and compassionate to both my family and our fur baby. I highly recommend her!
