She's quite an anxious cat but is completely at ease around Lada. This time around we were out of town for medical reasons and Lada not only squeezed us in last minute but we knew that our cat was in the best hands possible. We didn't worry whatsoever because we knew Lada had it handled. She still checked in with us personally to make sure everything was okay every day, and even offered to get us some staple food items before we got back! She is just such a wonderful, kind, sweet soul. We love you, Lada!”

She gave great updates after each visit along with some pictures which we loved seeing. Our oldest cat has diabetes and requires insulin injections twice a day, he also happens to be a bit of a grump sometimes.
