“Prompt and great service from Holly. She provided pics of the pups and they looked happy and loved. Will use Holly again in the future. Oliver and Finn had excellent service.”

“Lada took such immaculate care of our cat Marge! We booked with Lada for two visits a day and Marge was very well played with for both visits. We could see from the photos and videos Lada sent just how happy Marge was and how much she simply adored Lada! She had an even better time than we did on our vacation, I swear 😂 Lada is very professional and a dream to work with. She responds ASAP and even handled a surprise package delivery (friend sent a gift), which we were grateful for. We felt very comfortable with Lada being in our space and caring for Marge, and we came back to our apartment the exact same way we left it. We will absolutely book with Lada again! Thank you thank you!! 💜💜💜”

“This was my first time using a Rover sitter for my boys, and Arlene was absolutely amazing. My cat Tybalt never goes to anyone he doesn’t know, yet he was in her lap right away. I couldn’t believe it! Arlene went above and beyond my expectations. She was extremely communicative, left our home in perfect order, and sent wonderful photos of my precious boys. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care. I can’t recommend her enough and will definitely be booking with her again.”

“Sam was friendly, on time, took her time during the meet and greet to get to know us, and respected the cats’ boundaries and worked with them. We gave her a lot of instructions and she was able to go through everything without any issues. We will book again :)”

“With Catherine, we couldn’t have asked for more in a cat sitter. Her communication beforehand was perfect, our cats loved her, we got regular notes from her while we were away, and we came home to two happy cats and all our instructions carried out to a T. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Jenna is amazing.. She comes twice a week for a drop in visit with our pup.. I'm so surprised how quick Coco got comfortable and allowed her to put the leashe on him and go out with her, he usually takes his time to trust people. She is always on time and sends pictures and updates about him. Thank you Jenna for taking such good care of our pup...”

“Faye was amazing! She did drop in visits for my 2 cats and it went so well- she updated me each visit, sent photos and provided detailed updates. I will definitely be using her again!!”

“Our second time using Nicki’s wonderful services. We had our puppy spayed and needed to leave her for longer than we wanted to, Nicki to the rescue!! We wouldn’t trust anyone else like we did Nicki. She was loving and kind and handled our delicate post surgical puppy with tremendous skill. You really put our minds at ease, thank you very much!!”

“Julia was amazing with my two babies, autumn and winter. Autumn, who’s usually very shy around strangers, came out of her shell with Julia and was fairly comfortable with her. This was a big win for us. I was nervous leaving my house and kids with a stranger but Julia was not only professional but also kept an eye out for anything amiss with the house. Autumn and Winter were happy and active with her. I would totally recommend Julia to anyone looking for personalised care for their fur babies.”

About: I got my first cat when I was 10, and I’ve taken care of cats ever since. I currently have 3 kitties that are 13, 8, and 3. My sister also has a 6 year old Australian Shepherd who I have helped care for since he was a puppy. We have been on many hike adventures, had too many slumber parties to count, and I’ve even picked him up and cared for him post surgery. I am an animal lover, kind person, and can follow instruction. I genuinely care about animals and have deep respect for the bond one has with their beloved pet. I’m currently working part time, usually in the mornings. I can check in on your animals any day , but can only accept a pet visit that fits around my work schedule. I will try my best to match with the schedule you are looking for. I will follow all instruction I am given to care for your pet in your home and will lead with respect, attention to detail, and the upmost care.
“Erica was amazing with our two nervous pups, they warmed up to her very quickly! She was very communicative each visit, and took great photos of the dogs while she was here :) Thanks again, Erica!”

About: Whether it’s a playful pup, a shy rescue, or a senior pet with special needs, I bring patience, care, and genuine love to every visit. ✔️ Experience with puppies ✔️ Gentle care for senior pets (medication, slow walks, comfort care) ✔️ Reliable, calm, and respectful of your pet’s unique personality ✔️ Daily updates, pics, and peace of mind for you 💛 Working from home means I get to mix cuddles with coffee breaks. 🐾 Pet care fits into my routine naturally—I’m here for the feedings, playtime, naps, and little tail-wagging check-ins throughout the day. 💛 Your pet’s safety and comfort come first—always. 🐾 At my home, pets enjoy a secure, closed-door environment with a fenced backyard for safe outdoor time. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch, playtime in the yard, or quiet space for shy pets, I make sure they feel right at home. Every pet is treated like family—with love, patience, and lots of tail wags. 💛
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 15 years, including my own two pups with very different needs. I have hands-on experience supporting dogs through medical conditions, including helping my first dog through cancer treatment and post-surgery care. I’m also comfortable administering medications and following detailed care instructions from vets. I have extensive experience with senior dogs, providing the patience, support, and comfort they need. On the other end of the spectrum, my current dog is high-energy and requires a lot of mental and physical stimulation, so I’m well-versed in creating enriching activities and structured routines. Additionally, I have experience with reactive and fear-reactive dogs, including reactivity toward fast-moving objects, children, and other dogs. I understand how to approach these situations calmly and safely to keep everyone comfortable. I’m also familiar with certain e-collars and am open to discussing their use with pet parents if needed. My top priority is always to ensure that your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine! I work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which gives me flexibility for drop-in visits and walks. On those days, I’m available early mornings (before 8 a.m.), during my lunch break (12–2 p.m.), and after 4 p.m. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, I offer evening walks. Weekends vary depending on my schedule, but I keep my calendar up to date so you’ll always know when I’m available. I’m happy to accommodate different schedules whenever possible! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. During drop-in visits, I follow your routine closely—whether that’s feeding, playing, giving medication, or providing potty breaks—so your pet feels secure and cared for in their own space. For walks, I always use secure leashes or harnesses, avoid unsafe areas, and keep a close eye on your dog’s behavior and energy. I’m also experienced with reactive dogs and know how to create calm, positive walking experiences. I treat your home and your pet with respect, as if they were my own.

Faye was absolutely incredible, and consider ourselves blessed to have found her. Our kitties Pickles and Ozzy took to her immediately and looked so good upon return from our 2-week vacation. We would have Faye again in a heartbeat, and look forward to having her care for our cats again in the future. Five stars, easily earned.

Nicki is amazing, and we will definitely be booking with her again in future! Nicki was very friendly and professional during our meet and greet, and our cat immediately warmed up to her. Communication was amazing throughout our time away from home, Nicki followed instructions perfectly, and we really appreciated the detailed updates and pictures following each drop in visit. It was such a relief to know our kitty was being so well looked after while we were away!! Thank you, Nicki!!

I would give Samantha 10 stars if I could. I cannot say enough great things. I loved the daily pictures and details. Our cats loved the experience and our old grumpy guy Dexter even let Samantha pet him (he also came out the 1st day - he never does that). Samantha is a cat whisperer! Would absolutely recommend Samantha and would use her services again! Thank you Samantha from us and from Dexter, Chase and Millie. Colette & Mike

Lada provided excellent care of our 3 cats. We couldn't be happier with the quality of care. We really appreciated all of the communication and so many great photos each day! Lada arrived on time each day over the Christmas break and even navigated the heavy snowfall! Highly recommend Lada for your fur babies!
