“Melissa is amazing!! She sent so many pics and videos during our pups stay and gave us updates frequently. Can’t wait for our pup to stay with Melissa again. Highly recommend!!!”

“I couldn't be happier with the care my dog received. From the very beginning, it was clear that you genuinely love and understand dogs. You took the time to make sure my dog felt comfortable, safe, and happy throughout the stay. I really appreciated the regular photo updates and messages. It gave me great peace of mind knowing that my dog was being so well cared for while I was away. You were attentive to every detail, from feeding and walks to making sure my dog got plenty of attention and affection. When I picked my dog up, he/she was relaxed, happy, and clearly had a wonderful time. It's not easy to find someone you can completely trust with your pet, but you exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for treating my dog like part of your family. I would absolutely book with you again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and trustworthy pet sitter.”

“Kazi was a great host. Super easy to communicate with and gave thorough updates. Kiki had a great time and we found him happily napping when we came to pick him up. Would want to use her again and recommend her to others!”

About: I'm Jen, a huge fan of all creatures great and small! I've had a passion for rescuing & caring for animals ever since I was a kid and I promise to love your pets as if they were my own. I'm a Durham Region small business owner & have parlayed my heart for animals into this part-time gig. My young family & I have a rambunctious but loveable rescue-mutt named Bowie so I'm more than comfortable with excitable (but friendly) dogs. We don't own a cat but I do love a kitty cuddle whenever the opportunity arises. I know how important these furry members of your family are (they truly are our best friends). I can't wait to meet you and your favourite fur friends! I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend time working with your pets and make sure they're cared for while you're out of the house! Pets that are cared for in my home become part of our family and routine. Regular walks, mealtimes, play, and cuddles are all on the agenda.
“My dog was in daycare all week with Melissa and he came home with his energy spent! Melissa and her family love dogs, and I liked that their dog, same size as mine, played together a lot. I highly recommend Melissa to care for your dog!”

“Megan was amazing! It was my very first time using Rover and so I was a little nervous about leaving my dog with someone new. But it was a great experience and I felt comfortable leaving my baby with her. She set up a meet and greet before hand to get Milo acquainted with her and her two dogs, which I thought was a great idea. On the day of daycare, she sent me updates and photos and it really helped me have ease of mind on my night out. Will definitely be back when I need care again. Thank you Megan!! 😊”

“This is the second time going to Shelby. Both times she has taken great care of my pup. He was happy going there and tired when I got him home. She has great communication and I trust her with my boy.”

“Our high-energy 8-month-old spaniel pup had a great time. She was well taken care of despite being a handful, and communication with Nihal was wonderful - she got some exceptional pictures and video of Molly playing. Would go back in a heartbeat.”

“Ankur and Krupa were amazing with our best boy. He is very shy of people when he first meets them but he came around very quickly because they are so kind and caring. My pup has stayed with Shelby before. This was a daycare visit that I booked a couple of weeks ago. Two days ago he injured his foot and had minor surgery. I let Shelby know that he had to have his foot covered and couldn’t be too rambunctious. She still took him and did an amazing job caring for him! I was felt really bad leaving him and was unsure but she sent me pictures and videos letting me know that he was fine. I am so grateful for her kind care of my pup.

Archie really enjoyed his time Chris! He shared timely updates and also used his training commands as we shared. Archie seemed at ease around Chris during the meet and greet and we are glad we moved forward with Chris! We're definitely going to be a repeat client.

I can’t say enough good things about Laurel, Walter and Tux. Our two dogs have some anxiety related issues, but Laurel never batted an eye. She was patient and comforting to our dogs until they got used to the routine. Now they can’t wait to go over and play with their best buddy Tux. We are forever grateful for the care Laurel provides. She is wonderful and we are very fortunate. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Elisha took great care of my dog, Jackson, for an evening and everything went great. She was reliable, communicative, and made sure Jackson was well looked after. She was also super accommodating when I asked if I could change the drop off/pick up time. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Louise is 100% recommended!! From the moment we met her, I felt completely at his leaving my dog in her care. She’s a professional and showed a natural connection with my dog. She also took time to understand my dog’s routine preferences and quirks. Thank you Louise!

Liliana and her husband are wonderful animal people. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them for the weekend...She kept me inform and sent me pictures over the weekend. Their dog and cat are adorable and very friendly. I recommend her 100% and I will be a returning customer. Thank you:)
